The crisis is an extreme aggravation of the contradictions in the company's activities, in the same period there is a risk of a threat to its existence. Crises are an indicator of the development of an individual organization, which may not correspond to the specifics of the development of other market participants or the industry as a whole. This is due solely to the individual development of each enterprise, with its own resources and capabilities, subject to the principles and laws of the cyclical development of the socio-economic system as a whole. Each enterprise faces its own crisis situations and its own cycles of activity. Anti-crisis management is a system of management measures aimed at diagnosing, preventing, overcoming and neutralizing crisis phenomena, the causes of their emergence at all levels of the economy.Item Open Access Application of basic mathematical skills in the analysis of economic examples(2020 International Young Scholars, 2020) Bolshabek M.M.Abstract. The coronavirus pandemic is not the worst thing that humanity can face in the near future. According to the observations of the scientists, in March, 2020, the planet temperature warmed up to the record-high level. Also, the temperature of the world’s oceans exceeded its average temperatures by 80%, and prognosis of the meteorological observations is not good. The warming seas had already led to catastrophic disaster. The average temperature increase can also lead to hurricanes, drought, invasion of locusts and, the worst, to forest fires. Natural disasters lead to loss of life, destruction of properties and infrastructure, loss of animal natural habitats, displacement of humans. And the results of these all lead to humanitarian catastrophes, including social and economic. The situations related to the nature are always very serious, as the whole world is involved. This is like butterfly effect, i.e., the natural disaster in Australia affect the economic and ecologic situation in USA and England. Taking the Australia, they faced problem that cannot be avoided. Nevertheless, the world can be prepared and prevent from the huge disasters. The forecasting of forest fires can really be helpful, as well as the inquiry of the weather impact on fires. The current paper is focused on the study of fire forecasting and weather influence on fire. The relevance of the study is important, as the global warming and human caused fires are increasing and there is a trend that Australia’s fires became more dangerous and longer lasting. The artificial intelligence, particularly machine learning algorithms, can help to make appropriate calculations and predictions to safe the ecosystem and human lives. According to the preliminary research results we acquire; in-depth multidimensional analysis confirms almost 100 percent dependence of bushfires on the weather conditions. Using the machine learning algorithms, it would be possible to predict the time and positioning of inflammation source.Item Open Access ARTIFICIALLY INTELLIGENT CONVERSATIONAL CHATBOTS: MAIN TYPES, PROGRAMMING ISSUES, AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS(2021 International Young Scholars' Conference, 2021) Momonov G.Abstract In recent years, artificially intelligent (AI) conversational chatbots have become widely used and proved to be a practical and effective support tool in many areas. The banking system plays a vital role in the economy by channeling funds from savers to borrowers, ensuring the efficient flow of capital, and supporting economic growth. Based on Frederic S. Mishkin’s model, the study highlights that loans constitute the major portion of external funding worldwide, with banks serving as the primary financial intermediaries. The paper discusses the composition of commercial bank balance sheets, detailing their assets and liabilities, and explaining how banks generate profit through asset transformation and interest rate differentials. Furthermore, it outlines the four core principles of bank management — liquidity management, asset management, liability management, and capital adequacy management — emphasizing how these ensure stability and profitability. The Kazakhstani banking system, while still developing, reflects global patterns but faces challenges of liquidity, credit risk, and diversification. The paper concludes that strengthening regulation, improving transparency, and fostering innovation are key to enhancing the efficiency and resilience of Kazakhstan’s banking sector.Item Open Access Cardinality of survival set for the chaotic Tent map with holes(2020 International Young Scholars Workshop, 2020) Aitu N.; Bayadilova G.Abstract. The aim of this paper is to give an overview of the dynamics of one dimensionaldiscrete dynamical systems: Tent map family T_3, Doubling map E_2 and shift map σ are investigated. Let I-intervals(Holes) lie in the interval [0,1) and let E_2 be a Doubling map. The survivor set Ω(I) :={x∈[0,1) : E_nx /∈ I, n≥0}. Depending on location and size of the intervals we will characterize the survivor set Ω(I) infinite or finite. Also we will show conjugacy of some maps that used in this paper. By using conjugacy of functions we will show that the Survivor set is infinite or finite in another composition of maps. The Cantor sets Λ that occur as non-survivor sets for c >2 from Tent map family T_c.[1]Item Open Access Causes of the Great Depression(Suleyman Demirel University, 2007) Balgabekov Yeldos,; Shamyrkanov BakytThis paper investigates the major causes that led to the Great Depression of 1929, one of the most devastating economic crises in world history. The study identifies a series of interconnected factors that contributed to the collapse of the U.S. economy and its global repercussions. Among them were the inefficiency of the banking system, misuse of credit, speculative behavior in the stock market, and the concentration of wealth among oligarchic elites. The research also highlights the negative impact of government policies, such as the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act and the rigid adherence to the Gold Standard, which intensified the crisis by reducing trade and money supply. The resulting chain of defaults, deflation, unemployment, and bank failures turned a stock market crash into a full-scale depression. In conclusion, the paper suggests that timely government intervention, regulation of credit, control of speculation, and prevention of monopolies could help avoid similar economic disasters in the future.Item Open Access CHINA`S ECONOMIC AND SECURITY INTERESTS IN CENTRAL ASIA(Қазақстан ғылымының дамуы мен келешегі жастар көзімен - 2018, 2018) Akyngaziyeva A.A.For Central Asia, when entering the world market economy, it is especially important to study the peculiarities of the development of mighty China as a neighbor, as a partner and as a competitor. This paper examines the cluster-based development of the textile industry in Kazakhstan, particularly focusing on the creation and functioning of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) “Ontustik” in the South Kazakhstan region. The study highlights the reasons for cluster formation, including the availability of raw materials, human resources, low production costs, and favorable infrastructure. Government incentives, such as tax exemptions and investment support, have contributed to the sector’s growth. However, challenges remain, including the shortage of skilled labor, low quality of raw cotton, and infrastructural constraints. The paper concludes that despite these difficulties, the cluster approach has proven effective for regional economic diversification and sustainable industrial growth in Kazakhstan.Item Open Access Cluster Policy of Development in Kazakhstan(Suleyman Demirel University, 2007) Sarsembayeva AliyaThis paper analyzes the development of cluster policy in Kazakhstan as a key instrument for diversifying the national economy beyond its dependence on oil and gas extraction. Based on Michael Porter’s cluster theory, the study explores how Kazakhstan adopted a cluster-based approach to stimulate competitiveness, innovation, and productivity across non-extractive sectors. The research highlights the formation of seven pilot clusters—tourism, transport and logistics, oil-and-gas machine building, construction materials, food processing, textiles, and metallurgy—and examines three of them in detail: the food industry, tourism, and building materials clusters. Each represents a strategic area aimed at boosting regional development and improving cooperation between business, government, and academia. The paper concludes that while the government has initiated substantial progress in cluster formation, long-term success depends on greater initiative and participation from the private sector.Item Open Access COMPARATIVE STUDY OF COMMON PROVERBS IN THE KAZAKH, TURKISH LANGUAGES AND ENGLISH AS A MEDIATOR: FEATURES OF TRANSLATION(2021 International Young Scholars' Conference, 2021) Ayazbay T.; Gabidinova T.; Zhaksylyk M.; Abrash A.Abstract The article highlights the issues of translation of proverbs from Kazakh to Turkish languages. Some Kazakh proverbs do not have equivalents in Turkish. The reason for these peculiarities of these proverbs is that the Kazakh nation was influenced by neighboring states - Russia in the first place - and remained geographically far from Turkey. Despite all these influences, the number of Kazakh proverbs that are equivalent to Turkish cannot be underestimated. Based on this, it can be highlighted that Kazakh people bear traces of the same culture as the people of Turkey, due to their lifestyle, traditions, and world views. The main aim of the research was to demonstrate the differences and similarities of Kazakh proverbs with Turkish and English proverbs, and the importance of proverbs in foreign language teaching in line with the antiquity of the roots of national culture. Finally, the research resulted in four different approaches to translating.
