    THE WAYS TO IMPROVE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY SKILLS OF EFL TEACHERS

    Abstract. ICT plays an important role in the maintenance of Education. In the XXI century, ICT has become a central issue for educators to integrate into the curriculum, thus leading to high performance of learners in the classroom. This study focuses on EFL teachers in secondary schools with different years of experience. This paper analyzes challenges/problems teachers face while using ICT, the level of ICT usage among the secondary school English Language Teachers and teachers’ perceptions towards integrating ICT in an English classroom. The application of technology can progress interest and inspiration of learners. Innovation offers second language learners information, outcomes and feedback; it also offers teachers efficient way of coordinating course contents and to communicate with many learners. Nevertheless, the usage of technology is encouraged and instructors can alter their teaching practices and instructional approaches, so that, available tools are utilized in the most efficient manner. It is recommended that caution to be taken when using technology to support language education.

    INTEGRATED EDUCATION IN MATH AND COMPUTER SCIENCE

    Abstract The given article deals with the essence of the integrated lessons and their value in the modern educational process. The necessity to conduct the integrated lessons is shown on the basis of concrete examples. Characteristics of the structure of the integrated lessons are revealed in the article. In today's information society, the ability to use modern information technology is equivalent to the necessary reading and writing skills for every member of society. Accordingly, the key task is the formation of the information culture of students, that is, to teach them to effectively use information in everyday life, developing the skills of searching, analyzing, processing, storing and disseminating information. This article shows the benefits of using integrated lessons. In addition to engaging students in an appropriate curriculum, encouraging students to discover the connections between mathematics and science helps show students why learning mathematics is valuable. Opportunities for the comprehensive teaching of mathematics and computer science were identified.

    This article discusses the internal and external security challenges in Central Asia and the geostrategic role of Kazakhstan in this region. Living in a globalized world, this region needs the integration and regionalization of the post-Soviet states, which by combining their forces will be able to hold back and hold, as well as to combat these external and internal security that our regulators face such as drug trafficking, extremism, separatism, ecological and other social challenges.

    Analysis of Course Schedule Generation Tool and Its Integration to University Automation System

    This research examines the university course schedule generation problem. It begins with the definition of the inconveniences of the old system. Then determine the importance of reducing the resource usage while integrating with the university automation system. This discussion integrates with an overview of the problem itself both from practical and academic perspectives. Then course schedule generation algorithms discussed with the ways of implementing it. This is followed by benchmark and resource usage comparison.

    In this report the level of innovative development in economy and New accelerated industrial-innovative development program of the Republic of Kazakhstan are analyzed. The examination of the innovation index of countries in world market and the place of Kazakhstan in world market is carried out. The results of the first period of program 2010 – 2014 are analyzed and the results of the second period 2015 – 2019 are predicted and expected results are investigated. SWOT-analysis of the function of New accelerated industrial-innovative development program is carried out. The function of program in transition of Republic of Kazakhstan to the "green" economy is made and current results are analyzed. The aim of this work is to show the impact of the program on the economy of country, social status of people and employment rate.
