Item Open Access REFLECTIONS ON RUSSIAN COMPATRIOT POLICY IN COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES(СДУ хабаршысы - 2017, 2017) Assanbayev M.B.Abstract. The last year marked the 25 years of the creation of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Despite the existence of criticism in certain media and analytical circles in respect to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) activity, the organization has firmly established itself as an essential format for further cooperation of the participating countries. No doubt the main positive outcome in creating CIS has been peaceful divorce of post-Soviet states (unlike former Yugoslavia). Today, each post-soviet republic has been recognized to be an integral part of international relations. However, there have been also serious challenges and crucial political developments within the framework of the CIS. In August 18, 2009, a year after the Russian-Georgian war in South Ossetia, Georgia officially left the CIS. In the same vein after the annexation of the Crimea into Russia in 2014, Kyiv has limited its participation in CIS to a lesser extent. At the same time the ongoing armed conflict between the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian separatist forces of the self-declared Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics in South-Eastern regions of Ukraine has entirely divided the nation. Unfortunately, this split is going to last for a few generations further. The 1993 Charter of the CIS stresses, in Article 3, the principle of «inviolability of state frontiers, recognition of existing frontiers and renouncement of illegal acquisition of territories». However, this fundamental agreement did not prevent the emergence of political and territorial claims between Russia and some CIS-member-states. The post-soviet space is still considered to be a conflict-prone area, where the potential challenges and threats still exist in regard to territorial integrity and stability of some post-soviet states despite the fact that the present state frontiers of these states have been recognized internationally. One of the reasons that resulted in the emergence of this kind of challenge was incubated in the contemporary Russian foreign policy towards its «compatriots» residing in the post-soviet states. Syzdykov; A. DyussembayevaAbstract. This article is devoted to investigate the problems in translating collocations in official documents. Official documentation has certain rules and features, such as concreteness, brevity, clarity, high information productivity, strict logic, clear rhythm of sentences etc. In connection with these established rules, translation problems arise, because each language has its own structure. In this study, a functional analysis of the language units in speech, structural-semantic and stylistic methods of linguistic analysis are used. The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of official documents translation to determine the features of official style, as well as the derivation of which translation transformations are used mostly to transmit complete semantic correspondences. The study of official letters in the work is carried out under the influence of the traditions of communicative research the text, which have been comprehended and substantiated in many domestic and foreign works.Item Open Access HYPNOSIS AS A STRESS MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR TEACHERS(СДУ хабаршысы - 2019, 2019) Nurshanov Y.Abstract. The article considers the hypnosis as an element of stress management educational complex for the teachers. The author attempted to use the hypnosis technics as a stress coping and prevention tool for the teachers. Based on practical experience and research provided among the teachers, directors and other school stuff author included and patented the hypnosis as an element of psychological pedagogical complex “Stress defense and increasing the stress coping ability”. Hypnosis as an element of mentioned complex provides an opportunity to deeply clear the influence of accumulated stress, trauma and depression. Also hypnosis methods helps to create a motivational base and activate inner resources to effectively manage any life situations. The advantages and difficulties in the application of hypnosis and self-hypnosis are considered.Item Open Access DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ LOGICAL THINKING BY SOLVING NON-STANDARD TASKS(СДУ хабаршысы - 2021, 2021) Y. Sapazhanov; T.S. Manap; K.A. UderbayevaAbstract. One of the priority tasks of the modern education system is the formation of a logically thinking, research-oriented personality. The ability to think logically is a necessary condition for the successful assimilation of educational material. The article deals with the use of various non-standard tasks for this purpose, which force us to abandon the stereotypes of thinking. The paper considers some pedagogical conditions that must be followed when learning to solve non-standard problems, and partially reveals the work at the stages of their solution. However, it should be noted that when learning to solve non-standard tasks, you can and should follow the same pedagogical conditions as when working with standard tasks. The article also deals with the development of logical thinking in the process of teaching mathematics. Anadil veya yabanci dil öğretiminde kaynak olarak kullanilan ders kitaplarinda; hem dinleme becerisini geliştirmek hem de mevcut dinleme yetisinden faydalanarak dil öğretimini gerçekleştirmek maksadıyla hazırlanmış dinleme kayıtları (CD, kaset çalar, mp3), dinleme metinleri ve bunlarla ilgili pekiştirici etkinlikler yer almaktadır. Bu kaynaklarm kaliteli olması ve 6zenle hazırlanması, verimli ve kalıcı bir dil öğretimi sürecinin gerçekleşmesi agrisindan hayati 6nem tasimaktadir. Bu çalışmada Yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde kaynak kitap olarak kullanilan Anadolu Ders Kitaplarindan Al ve A2 seviyesi ogrencileri icin hazirlanan kitaplar dinleme metinleri açısından incelenmistir. Incelemede, nitel arastirma yéntemlerinden metin analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu incelemeler ve analizler sırasında, toplam 299 dinleme kaydı ve etkinlikleriyle birlikte verilen 35 dinleme kaydı Diller İçin Avrupa Ortak Başvuru Metninde Al ve A2 seviyesi için belirlenen kriterlere göre analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Dinleme metinlerinin ve bu metinlere ait dinleme kayitlarinin söz konusu kriterlere büyük ölçüde uygunluk gösterdiği tespit edilmistir. Araştırma neticesinde tespit edilen eksikliklerin giderildiğine incelenen ders kitaplarının yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde daha faydalı olacağı kanaatine varılmıştır.Item Open Access ТВОРЧЕСКИЙ ПУТЬ СОВЕТА МАСГУТОВА(СДУ хабаршысы - 2017, 2017) К. В данной статье рассматривается творческий путь журналиста и литератора С.Масгутова как первого казахского диктора, телекомментатора и ведущего остросюжетных телепередач. Анализируются теле-публицистические элементы и стили проводимой им передачи «Мың да бір рахмет !», проблематика остросюжетного разговора во время эфира и современность поднимаемых телеведущим проблем. Представлены различные периоды становления и развития казахского телевидения, начиная с 60-х годов прошлого века. По мнению авторов, очень важно в полной мере и беспроигрышно использовать все художественные способы телевидения для передачи захватывающего сюжета передачи, драматургического переплетения, искусных режиссерских и операторских решений, музыкального сопровождения и поставленной, завораживающей, содержательной речи ведущего.Item Open Access ВЛИЯНИЕ АРТ-ТЕРАПИИ НА ПСИХОЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНУЮ СФЕРУ УЧАЩИХСЯ(СДУ хабаршысы - 2018, 2018) Тлеугалиев А.С.Аннотация. Современное состояние общества свидетельствует о глубокой трансформации представлений личности, тотального изменения ее социальных установок и системы ценностных ориентаций, отражающих, скорее, критическое, чем добродушное отношение к действительности. Арт-терапевтические занятия помогают детям выражать свои мысли, чувства, настроения в процессе творчества. Работа выстраивается таким образом, что личность и характер ребенка не обсуждаются, его не сравнивают с другими детьми, в общении не применяются негативные оценочные суждения. По мнению автора, применение арт-терапии в качестве одного из компонентов лечебнореабилитационных мероприятий может выполнять, с одной стороны, уточняющую диагностическую функцию, а с другой — коррекционную, способствующую восстановлению жизненно важных функций организма и психической гармонизации в целом.Item Open Access RECOMMENDER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT(СДУ хабаршысы - 2019, 2019) Kim A.Abstract. Over the last few decades recommender systems have taken more and more place in industry. Recommender systems are algorithms aimed at suggesting relevant products to users. From suggesting to people the goods that could interest them to suggesting to users the web content matching their preferences, recommender systems are today unavoidable in our daily online journeys. Recommender systems are really important in all industries as they can bring real economic returns or can be competitive advantage. In this work we provide an approach for increasing click-through rate by suggesting relevant products to users. The algorithm behind the recommender system described in this study is based on matrix factorization.
