dc.description.abstractThe main goal of every company is to increase productivity, which directly depends on their management style. We hope to increase productivity and worker satisfaction by adaptingJapanese management style to Kazakhstan. Is Japanese management style effective and suitable for our culture and mentality? The main purpose of our research is to analyze whether Japanese management can be applied to Kazakhstan or ifwe can adapt their management techniques to develop Kazakhstani management. The data for the study was collected via questionnaires from managers of different companies.
