Abstract
This thesis explores how to make a logistics website that is user-friendly and can handle data from Telegram. The goal is to turn unstructured text messages into structured data for logistics companies. This will help us make better decisions and work more efficiently. I used tools like PHP, Composer, MadelineProto, and PhpSpreadsheet to organize the data. The website was designed using Figma to be simple and easy to understand. Structured data helps in planning and decision making. The study shows that better data and design can improve logistics operations. Future work will focus on adding more features and improving the system with real-time data and user feedback.
