Item Open Access «МУЛЬТИСЕРВИСНАЯ СЕТЬ КАМПУСА СДУ»(Faculty of Engineering and Natural Science, 2012) Амреев М.Б.В последнее время с завидным постоянством идет речь о новинках интернеттехнологий, анонсируемых тем или иным оператором связи. Речь пойдет о технологии, которая в ближайшее время может заменить Егате Веау/АТМ. Это технология МРГ5, которая будет интересна по соотношению цена /качество прежде всего корпоративным клиентам. МРГ.$ (МиаРгоюсо| Габе! Зет?) — это технология коммутации пакетов на основе использования меток в многопротокольных сетях. МРГ5 изначально предназначена для построения магистральных [Р-сетей с высокими возможностями в области управления трафиком и качеством сервиса. Мешо Ещегте — это технология построения сетей агрегации на основе технологии Ефегпе{. Выбор Ефегтее не случаен, так как эта технология давно уже является стандартом де-факто для локальных сетей. Мено Еее: представляет собой концепцию предоставления услуг сети Ефегле: в масштабах города. Гибкость технологии Ефегпеь её относительная дешевизна, а также очень большая распространенность и вероятность поддержки сетевым оборудованием различных производителей делает Мено Ефегие! сети практически идеальным выбором для построения пакетной агрегационной магистрали города. Клиент в этом случае получает несколько вариантов виртуальных каналов связи с большим количеством параметров, ответственных за качество услуги, снижая при этом свои затраты на сетевое оборудование (сетевые интерфейсы типа Ефегпе! имеют низкую стоимость) и расходы на приобретение услуги (стоимость услуги на базе Ейегпе: ниже аналогичных услуг ввиду меньших затрат и расходов провайдера на поддержание и эксплуатацию оборудования сети Е#егпей. Мировая тенденция такова, что количество подключений по протоколу Егате Кеау постепенно уменьшается, подключения по протоколу АТМ держаться примерно на одном уровне, а число подключений к УРМ, построенным на базе МРТ.5, стремительно растет. В России, например, данная технология очень активно внедряется такими крупными телекоммуникационными операторами, как Едиат, ВТСошш, ТрансТелеКом.Item Open Access MICROLEARNING IN COMPUTER NETWORKS(Faculty of Engineering and Natural Science, 2012) Zhamanov A.In nowadays we have much kind of problems in the system of higher education. Actually there are a lot of reasons. But in this thesis I will explain only one reason. Only one but in my opinion it is one of the main reasons. Students especially in our university everyday get very huge amount of information. Every student can take up to 8-9 courses in one semester. During one day student will have to go to 5 - 6 lessons. From every lesson he will have to read at least one chapter. It will take about 1 - 2 hour to read chapter and to understand it. So you can see that it will take very big amount of time for a student to understand all lessons and it will be very hard for him/her to do everything in time. But this is only one side of a coin. According to a Soviet Union system of education. Student has to read very much if he wants to learn some topic. He reads a lot of information about the things that are concerned with his topic. This is a good practice but unfortunately not now. Because now it is information age. Information is increased every day. And it is not possible to know everything. Especially this is true for information technologies sphere where new technologies are developed every day. The thing that you learned yesterday may be not needed tomorrow because it will be old and new technologies will come and you will have to relearn again. So what can we do in this situation? We can use the microlearning method which is very popular now in the world. The main principle of this method is to divide one huge complex information into many small pieces and try to make them as easy as possible. Leave only main parts, only necessary things and try to give more good examples. This makes work very easy. You can learn a small part of information in 15 minutes and then practice it. And in this way you learn step by step until you will learn everything at all. Now when you know enough about this topic you can deal with complex things related to your topic. Because you are aware of what it is about. You have so called fundament. Let me show an example. Say you want to learn what Computer Networks is. We have many books that explain you what is this Science about. But most of these books are very huge and sometimes boring books. Instead many people are making search request in Google and find good tutorials for them. For example w3schools.com. Why? Because it will take about 20-30 minutes for you to understand the main principle of Computer Networks without going into details. If you want to learn more about this topic, ] mean if you want to learn some specific or more detailed information about it, then you can read a book. And because it has exhaustive examples that can teach you a lot. Also it is very good to memorize this topic. Учитель постоянно контролирует учебно-познавательную деятельность своих учеников, корректирует их знания, навыки и умения, направляет их работу и вносит изменения и уточнения в их подготовку или усвоение знаний в соответствии с выявленными пробелами. Одной из проблем учебно-воспитательного процесса заключается в заинтересованности учащегося в преподаваемом предмете. Решить эту проблему можно при помощи планшетных компьютеров !1Рад. Потому что в этом планшетном компьютере обычные уроки становятся динамичными и интересными. Целью данной диссертационной работы состояло в создании информационной базы планшетных компьютеров {Рад чтобы сделать введение учебного процесса стало более интерактивным. Задача состояла в разработке приложения, с помощью которого можно было бы добавить в учебный процесс, интерактивность, используя новые технологии. Созданное приложение для планшетных компьютеров ТЕА является одним из тех приложении, которое может помочь преподавателям заинтересовать учеников и сделать урок еще более интерактивным. Ученики же в свою очередь смогут научиться пользоваться новыми технологиями с пользой для себя, а не только как средство для развлечений.Item Open Access Using LEGO MINDSTORMS in school education(Faculty of Engineering and Natural Science, 2013) Kenzhekey Zh.K.Nowadays problem of teaching is the question how to engage students in the process of learning new material with an enthusiasm. Reason to this may be different factors such as students’ disinterest or, in most cases, laziness or passiveness. Schools may keep on teaching the same material taken from library year by year, but at some moment, this material will not be the only way to make people study it. When we are used to something for a long time, we will probably get tired of it. Moreover, this is key point of this problem; students need interesting methods of teaching. In this work, I present my vision of teaching physics by using LEGO MINDSTORMS. Students have difficulty learning for learning’s sake, especially in physics classrooms. When they have an applied, real world challenge such as an engineering problem to solve or a novel science investigation .to perform, students thrive, exhibiting a great deal of enthusiasm and ownership. Allowing them to solve problems without concrete answer on an answer sheet, students learn to turn on their confidence, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Well-designed activities using robotics give students rich opportunities to write about their ideas: utilize mathematical tools and represent their findings via mathematical models. Using 3D artifacts, robotics, other construction leads students to active work. Additionally, many students are familiar with LEGO, their modular design allows for multiple solutions to a given assignment, and the sensors and motors that are compatible with LEGO MINDSTORMS allows high school physics students to engage in a very diverse set of engineering and science activities. Using LEGO MINDSTORMS robotics activities to teach physics concepts creates an effective learning environment for conceptual knowledge development through the process of design, construction and experimental testing. Олар өздігімен түрлі анимациялар, ойындар және кіші мультфильмдер құрастыруға қабілеттері ашылды.Item Open Access Development of an Exam application using Adaptive Learning algorithms(2013) Syzdykov R.Web-based exams are becoming increasingly popular in the last years; however, most of the exams developed using static exam content, so that students access to the same content irrespective of different learning backgrounds, learning styles, knowledge levels and abilities. It's a challenge to develop advanced Web-based exam application that can offer both adaptivity and intelligence. This study presents a novel approach to design an exam application which includes major adaptive features. The student, domain and exam content are separately designed to support adaptive learning. Application tracks students’ answers during the exam phase. The results are analyzed according to the Item Response Theory (IRT) in order to calculate students’ abilities. The student model is updated based on exam results. Мысал ретінде Joomla басқару жүйесі арқылы жасалған www.pavktl.kz сайтын жасау барысы қарастырылды.Item Open Access The solution of the heat equation in domains with moving boundaries by the Integral Error Functions method(faculty of engineering and natural sciences, 2013) Temirkul A.ShIn mathematics , development of new analytical methods of solution of the heat transfer problems is very important for various applications because it enables one to analyze an interrelationship of various input parameters on the dynamics of investigating phenomena, while the use of numerical methods is a problem when the number of parameters is great. And from mathematical point of view, most mathematical models based on Verigin, Stefan and inverse Stefan type boundary value problems. Such problems are among the most complicated, formidable and difficult problems in the theory of nonlinear parabolic equations in mathematical physics, since the corresponding integral equations are singular and require new approaches in solving problems analytically and numerically and also which long with the desired solutions of the equations, moving boundaries have to be found. In some cases, heat potentials can be constructed by which the boundaryvalue problems can be reduced to integral equations. However, in the case of domains that are degenerate at the initial time, additional difficulties arise due to the singularity of the integral* equations, which belong to the class of pseudoVolterra equations that are unsolvable inthe general case bythe method of successive approximations. These results are obtained by S.N. Kharin [2]. The method of solving heat transfer problems with moving boundaries and phase transformation is represented'by Integral Error Functions and its properties. Successful teachers communicate with the parents. Collaboration between parents and teacher is absolutely crucial to a student success. Create an open path of communication so parents present a united front, there is a lower chance that your student will fall through the cracks. ; Most parents make great plans for their children making sure they attend a good grammar and high school. They prepare for years for the child’s adulthood by planning for college or special training. No one would for a minute, who loved their child, would neglect seeing the child attend school and getting a good secular education. The purpose in this project is establish easy communication between school and parents using fast and low cost SMS messaging system, because it has a major advantage in communicating with parents. That helps to increase student success with communication between school and parents. This project is an android based application for communicate with parents using SMS (Short Message Service). Capable to send and receive SMS between — school and parents including text- content students’ grade marks, attendance, announcements and congratulations. As fast as phone call but cheaper also it doesn't matter if the parent is busy or not. This application can send grade marks to the parents, also if parents want to know grades marks, application response "info" text from the parents as student's grade marks. Of course this is first step of the communication with parents. If that way fails teacher needs to move communication to next step. As Groves described "If phone calls fail to produce any significant improvement in a student's behavior, you'll want to move on to the next step: scheduling a face-to-face parent conference. Mobile communication, with its quick-messaging capabilities and computerlike information processing, can empower them to work together. Ideally, the physical presence of parents at the school would boost education in many ways, but parents are normally away from schools. Mobile devices, however, have been popular for reducing the distance between people.Item Open Access Using the Programming Environment Scratch in Kazakh Schools for Development of Children(Faculty of Engineering and Natural Science, 2013) Zhumagulova D.G.The main aim of this thesis paper is to produce educational material about Scratch programming environment for use in Kazakh schools for development kids. As a teaching material was prepared tutorial-book. The tutorial consists of fifteen laboratory works. Each lab is constructed so that doing the work a student is studying a new subject. After each lab there are conclusion of the lesson and lesson quizzes and assignments. | If a student did not understand the given topic of school material for that day or he did not participate at the classes due to certain circumstances then he can use this tutorial as an additional class dnd prepare at home. Topics are divided into small groups and explained with the most important and relevant information with examples so that students could learn the course material more quickly and easily. As the result, students will get more interested in programming after programming on Scratch. Scientific results of the research: Showing that Statistica I,I1,III and IV are equally distributed.Item Open Access Решение дифференциальных уравнений с помощью исскусственных нейронных сетей(faculty of engineering and natural sciences, 2013) Газизов Т.We should note the special role of differential equations in the solution of many problems in mathematics, physics and engineering, as it is not always possible to establish a functional relationship between the data and the variables, but it is often possible to derive a differential equation that allows you to accurately predict the course of a particular process under certain conditions. Differential equations have great practical importance, being a powerful tool for exploring the many problems of science and technology: they are widely used in mechanics, astronomy, physics, in many problems of chemistry and biology. This is because very often the laws that govern certain processes are recorded in the form of differential equations, and the equations themselves act as a mean of quantitative interpretation of thus laws. To solve thus equations we take the most well suited networks belonging to a class of Hopfield neural networks. These networks have a way of transmitting output signals to the inputs, and the response of such networks is dynamic, i.e. after receive a new input the output is calculated and transmitting by feedback network modifies the input. Then the output is recalculated, and the process is repeated again. For the network, which can be considered as stable, the sequence of iterations lead to smaller changes in outputs, and at the end the output does not become permanent. There is also an unstable network, for which the process of selection of the output may never end. That's the essence of the network settings for gaining the desired result. Of course, there is also a classical numerical methods. But there are situations where these methods may not lead to a solution, or it can be obtained for a very large number of iterations. The neural network is much more flexible in this respect, and generally, an algorithm based on them is more efficient.Item Open Access Evaluation Performance of Students by use Neural Network in Kazakhstan(Faculty of Engineering and Natural Science, 2013) Halil A.This thesis evaluates the ability of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to predict the performance of Taldykorgan Kazakh Turkish High School students in Kazakhstan. Educational institutions take a big part in people life.School administrators and student's parents pay attention for the performance of the students. Academic researchers have developed several models to predict the improve the performance. Artificial Neural Networks have the potential to provide human characteristics of problem solving that are so difficult to simulate using the analytical. logical techniques of Decision Support System(DSS) . ANN can analyze big quantities of data to establish patterns and characteristics in situations where the rules or logic are not known(Turban,et al.2006). ANN model is designed, built on available student's data. The TANI forecasting program of ANN is used to predict the student's performance based on inputs and output parameters. The world has become a village qualified workforce, that is becoming increasingly important in our time. The main aim of the college and vocational schools in Kazakhstan: prepare individuals for specialized professions. Kazakhstan is a developing country and their profession in a lot of experts on the state of the country as a result of violence, and it needs a lot of privately owned schools and vocational high schools were opened. Standards, as well as some of the state now come to these schools and colleges and the owners see these institutions as a result of the gate to make money in this profession very seriously and colleges suffered a serious loss of prestige. In addition, college students who finish school, they directly are led to decline in the quality of university education. There are 40 colleges and 20 vocational high schools in Zhambyl state on 01/01/2013. In these schools, approximately 38,500 students receive vocational and technical education. Kazakhstan has signed a number of educational innovation to put an end to all these deficiencies, and to train professionals and qualified vocational colleges and vocational high school students to succeed in college in 2012. First, college admission's test was required to obtain a certain score. For state universities 70 points, private universities 50 points. As a result of extensive media coverage of these negativities to find a place in the state of Zhambyl, international quality of Kazak-Turkish of economy college was affected. The number of students at the entrance to college last year decreased by 20% compared to the previous year. (330 students in 2012 to 400 students in 2011) Friendship and trust between Kazakhstan and Turkey, and at the same time which is representative of the economic cooperation between the two countries is an important contribution to the development.
