VOICE ASSISTANT FOR MOBILE SYSTEMS WITH NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING

In order to handle some tasks by voice recognition it is really important that application will understand what user said. Which means that application must take a sentence that was entered by user and analyze and handle some tasks or etc. This paper is about natural language processing and analyzing sentences. In this article, we have briefly gone through the problems of NLP and some of the common techniques used in natural language analysis. These techniques are, however, very simple and fundamental. Many more complex and efficient approaches have been developed. However,in spite of these new developments, current state of the art is still capable of only limited tasks within restricted domains. Even though, work in the subject had began more than forty years ago, it is still in the very early stage of its development and there is definitely more to meet the eyes.

О ГРУППОВЫХ РЕШЕНИЯХ В ЗАДАЧАХ РАСПОЗНАВАНИЯ ОБРАЗОВ

Статья посвящена теме использования моделей коллективного принятия решений в автоматизированных интеллектуальных системах. Рассматривается применение данных моделей для решения задач распознавания образов. Под коллективным распознаванием подразумевается задача использования множества классификаторов, каждый из которых принимает решение о классе одной сущности с последующим согласованием решений с помощью некоторого алгоритма. Рассмотрены правила интеграции частных решений независимых экспертов (алгоритмов). Таким образом, объединение решений представляет собой специальную проблему в области распознавания и классификации, которая не сводится к обычной задаче классификации (с одним классификатором). Она подлежит дальнейшему углубленному исследованию, а ее использование на практике может привести к качественно лучшим свойствам систем классификации, которые используют идею совместного использования множества классификаторов, формирующих коллективное решение.

ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF EXPORT TRADE IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract. Kazakhstan has embarked on an ambitious diversification program, aimed at developing targeted sectors like transport, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, petrochemicals and food processing. In 2010 Kazakhstan joined the Belarus-Kazakhstan-Russia Customs Union in an effort to boost foreign investment and improve trade relationships. The Customs Union evolved into the Eurasian Economic Union in January 2015. During 2014, Kazakhstan’s economy was hampered by Russia’s slowing economy, the weakening ruble, falling oil prices, and problems at its Kashagan oil field. Kazakhstan devalued its currency, the tenge, by 19 percent in February and in November the government announced a stimulus package to cope with the economic challenges. This article describes the general position of Kazakhstan in export trade. For this, a descriptive analysis of the data is used based on the areas of economic development of Kazakhstan already studied. The common goal is to identify the reasons and solutions to the problems at this stage of the economy development, as well as the forecast for the next five years.

A BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR THE GENERALIZED HEAT EQUATION IN THE DOMAIN WITH MOVING BOUNDARY

Abstract. Method to solve the problem for heat equation for solid with variable cross-section with moving boundary is based on use degenerate hypergeometric function. Solution of problem is a linear combination degenerate hypergeometric function. The main idea of this method is to find coefficients and prove the convergence of series.Consider the surface generated by revolution of a curve r  y(z,t) about z - axes. Let us assume that the radial component of the temperature gradient in the solid bounded by above surface is negligible in comparison with the axial component, i.e. the solid can be considered as a bar with a variable cross – section that has only axial component of heat flux.

FEATURES OF THE SMART BOARD IN INTERNET

Abstract. Smart technologies and interactive white boards become very popular tool in education last years. There are many advantages of using such device in the teaching, since it is more interesting for the students, helps to save the time and make the educational process more effective. One of the most important facilities of the interactive whiteboards is an immediate access to internet. In other words, the teacher get access to the huge base of knowledge, educational materials, movies and resources. In this article main facilities of using internet in interactive whiteboards are discussed. Special attention is paid to so-called virtual whiteboards that have been created for the distance education. In addition, on a virtual board, as well as on its real counterpart, there is a possibility to write formulas, build various geometric shapes. With the help of special services, you can transfer graphic images and text files. Interactive whiteboard is indispensable for conducting webinars, conferences, trainings, as well as meetings of the teacher with several students.

APPLICATION OF CLIL IN MATHEMATICS LESSONS FOR IMPROVING STUDENTS’MOTIVATION

Abstract. CLIL model has proved its effectiveness in teaching language and content. And also it plays one of the major roles in increasing students’ motivation. The research into the benefits of teaching mathematics in English to Kazakh students refers to the following domains: the development of students’ cognitive skills for both mathematics and English, the relationship of the two disciplines and its impact on learning and teaching. Thus, the current article dwells upon the procedure and the results of an experiment conducted with application of CLIL method for Mathematics lessons aimed at improving students’ motivation.

EFL TEACHERS’ PERCEPTIONS OF LESSON STUDY IMPLEMENTATION IN SECONDARY RURAL SCHOOLS THROUGH THE INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH

Lesson study approach is widely used in various countries to develop teachers’ pedagogical and instructional knowledge. The purpose of this study is to explore how Kazakhstani EFL teachers perceive the effectiveness of Lesson Study implemented through an interdisciplinary approach. Five EFL teachers from a secondary rural school who were the members of the interdisciplinary group of the Lesson Study participated in semi-structured interviews. The respondents indicated that the Lesson Study through the interdisciplinary approach had significantly improved their pedagogical and instructional knowledge. However, they also indicated that they experienced some challenges in the process, such as time consumption, observation of case students, and support from the administration of school.

Özet. Orta Asya Türki cumhuriyetlerinin orta çağ tarihi genel Türk tarihi açısından bir bütün olarak incelenmesi önem arz etmektedir. Orta Asya bölgesinde kendi coğrafi özelliği, etnik yapısı, iktisadi üretim biçimleri ve kültürel hayatı bakımından önem arz eden ehemiyetli birkaç yöre bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan birisi de Sır Derya veya Sır yöresidir. Sır Derya Havzası, eski çağlardan beri insanoğlunun yaşadığı bir bölgedir. Türklerin ata yurdu olan Orta Asya’nın can damarı mahiyetindeki Seyhun ile Ceyhun vadilerinin eski bir medeniyet merkezi olduğu kaynaklarca da ifade edilmektedir. Burası Z. V. Toğan’ın tabiriyle sadece “Kent Türkleri”nin yerleşik hayat yaşadığı bölge değil aynı zamanda, çeşitli etnik unsurlapın, kültürlerin buluştuğu ve harmanlaştığı bölgedir. Orta Asya Türk halklarının etnik yapısı incelenirken, bu meselede kendine özgü yeri ve katkısı olduğunu düşündüğümüz Sır Derya bölgesi´nin ayrıca üzerinde durulması gerektiğine inanıyoruz.a

CODE-SWITCHING IN DIALOGUES AMONG YOUNG INDIVIDUALS FROM KAZAKHSTAN

This research investigates the varieties and communicative purposes of codeswitching (CS) among the youth demographic in Kazakhstan. Centered around specific research questions, the researchers investigate the complex dynamics of CS within Kazakhstan's bilingual environment. Four young individuals studying abroad participated in a focus group interview, and the results showed a range of code-switching occurrences, from intra-sentential to tag-switching, and differing levels of ability to switch codes. There are various reasons why people switch codes, such as habit or choosing the best language for a conversation. Findings were discussed with a focus on the expressive and referential functions observed among young Kazakh adults. The comfort level of speakers in a given language and audience familiarity are factors that affect code- switching. The paper acknowledges its limits and proposes directions for future investigation, promoting the examination of other factors that may impact code - switching among young Kazakh adults.

PERSPECTIVES OF CONSUMER LENDING IN KAZAKHSTAN

Consumer lending is a critical aspect of the modern economy, providing individuals with access to credit for various purposes. As we look towards the future, it is essential to understand how consumer lending may evolve and what factors may shape its development. This survey aimed to gather perspectives on consumer lending in the future, including potential trends, concerns, and preferences. It is very important because the volume of consumer lending in Kazakhstan has increased rapidly in last 5 years. The survey found that the majority of respondents were likely to use consumer lending services in the future, and they expected to see more personalized lending options, increased use of AI and machine learning in lending decisions, and more competition between lenders leading to lower interest rates. However, respondents also expressed concerns about potential risks associated with lending, such as high interest rates and debt accumulation, and were not sure on the potential popularity of alternative lending options. When it comes to choosing a lender, respondents considered reputation of the lenders more than other factors, it shows that goodwill of lenders more important than other factors in choosing a lender. Finally, respondents were divided on how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted consumer lending, with some expecting tighter lending requirements and higher interest rates in the future, while others anticipated more lenient lending requirements and lower interest rates. Overall, these findings underscore the complex nature of consumer lending and the importance of considering multiple factors when assessing its development in the future. The research paper uses qualitative research method, if more accurately, author used a survey method to know the opinions of people about what they think about future of consumer lending in Kazakhstan.

EXPLORING ACADEMIC AND NON-ACADEMIC IMPACTS OF SINGLE-GENDER VERSUS COEDUCATIONAL SCHOOLING

Abstract. School education is the foundation for a person's lifelong education. Consequently, providing students with a comfortable learning environment has significant importance. A vast amount of education research is focusing on the type of schooling. However, the question of which type of schooling leads to higher academic achievement remains unclear. This article is an exploratory literature focusing on the academic and non-academic advantages and disadvantages of single-gender versus coeducational schooling. The review showed that research on single-gender versus coeducational schools covered both academic and non-academic issues. It appears that in some contexts, both types of schooling show better academic outcomes. Further research is needed to understand how contextual or organizational factors may influence these differences.

Совершенствование законодательства Республики Казахстан о персональных данных на основе общего регламента по защите персональных данных (GDPR)

В связи с тем, что с развитием информационных технологий и автоматизированных систем персональные данные человека становятся все более изолированными от частной жизни как субъекта правоотношений, практика их защиты только начинает накапливаться и приобретать комплексный подход. А также, личная информация признана одним из приоритетных объектов организационно-правовой защиты, поскольку при определенных условиях и обстоятельствах она вытекает из права на неприкосновенность частной жизни. В жизнедеятельности человека предоставление информации о себе другим членам общества, а также общественные отношения по предоставлению и защите информации регулируются нормами права. Таким образом, эффективное управление поведением сотрудника в процессе работы возможно только при наличии достоверной информации о его личности, представленной в достаточном объеме. Этот факт четко закреплен в Трудовом кодексе Республики Казахстан. В специальной главе кодифицированного трудового законодательства работодателю разрешается получать, хранить, объединять и использовать персональные данные нанятого им работника; Законодатель установил общие требования к обработке персональных данных работников и определил гарантии их защиты.

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL REGULATORS OF THE PROBLEM OF DUAL EDUCATION FACILITATION IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using facilitation technology to improve the quality of dual education, the implementation of which in the system of higher professional education is experiencing serious difficulties. On the basis of the research it is concluded that the organisation and implementation of dual education requires strategies that help to meet the interests and needs of all subjects of the educational process. At the same time, the potential of facilitation technology in improving the quality of dual education in pedagogical science is not disclosed. In this regard, the aim of the study is: to determine the theoretical and methodological regulators of the problem of dual education facilitation in the system of higher professional education. To achieve this goal, the methods of theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the problem of dual education and expert assessment of international practical experience of using facilitation technology in the educational segment were used. As a result, the concept of "dual education facilitation" is clarified, theoretical and methodological approaches to dual education facilitation are defined, the main stages and methods of dual education facilitation are identified. The scientific significance of the research is related to the expediency of revising the existingapproaches to the implementation of dual education in universities and filling it with new content on the basis of facilitation technology, taking into account the new requirements of the labour market. Determination of theoretical and methodological regulators of the problem of dual education facilitation in the system of higher professional education will allow avoiding errors in the organisation and practical implementation of this process.

ПУТИ РАЗРЕШЕНИЯ ЗЕМЕЛЬНЫХ СПОРОВ ПРИ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕНИИ ЗЕМЕЛЬНОГО УЧАСТКА

Основное направление решения земельных проблем лежит в сфере экономики, и именно поэтому сочетание экономики и рационального землепользования – один из основных принципов земельного право. Создание действующих экономических механизмов, внедрение рыночных отношений , разумное распространение их на земельные и иные природные ресурсы, государственный земельный контроль имеют ярко выраженную социальную направленность, поскольку охрана земель и природной среды в целом направлена прежде всего на поддержание человеческого социума, благосостояния людей. Не меншая роль принадлежит праву: оно может либо тормозить, либо продвигать земельные отношения, быть их стимулятором или обременителем. Социальная обусловленность земельного права не вызывает сомнений : оно всегда носит волевой характер, но одновременно тесно связано с уровнем развития науки и техники.

ACCOUNTING OUTSOURCING SERVICES FROM THE PERSPECTIVES OF TRANSACTION COST ECONOMIES: A STUDY IN KAZAKHSTAN

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of accounting outsourcing services on transaction costs and operating expenses of SMEs in Kazakhstan. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data from people who either work for an accounting outsourcing firm or a firm that receives accounting outsourcing services. Thematic analysis’ results reveal that accounting outsourcing services would benefit firms basically in two aspects. They are operational cost savings and digitalization. Besides, risks associated with accounting outsourcing services have been revealed such as the dissemination of confidential information. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed. Finally, limitations and directions for future research are also presented.
