    THE WAYS TO IMPROVE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY SKILLS OF EFL TEACHERS

    Abstract. ICT plays an important role in the maintenance of Education. In the XXI century, ICT has become a central issue for educators to integrate into the curriculum, thus leading to high performance of learners in the classroom. This study focuses on EFL teachers in secondary schools with different years of experience. This paper analyzes challenges/problems teachers face while using ICT, the level of ICT usage among the secondary school English Language Teachers and teachers’ perceptions towards integrating ICT in an English classroom. The application of technology can progress interest and inspiration of learners. Innovation offers second language learners information, outcomes and feedback; it also offers teachers efficient way of coordinating course contents and to communicate with many learners. Nevertheless, the usage of technology is encouraged and instructors can alter their teaching practices and instructional approaches, so that, available tools are utilized in the most efficient manner. It is recommended that caution to be taken when using technology to support language education.

    ANALYSIS OF PROGRAMMING EDUCATION AT THE PRIMARY EDUCATION LEVEL

    Abstract. Programming education has traditionally been provided at the undergraduate level worldwide. However, in recent years, there has been a growing trend in developed countries to introduce programming education at earlier ages with the aim of promoting software literacy, improving programming skills, and making programming education accessible to a wider audience. While some countries are updating their informatics lessons to include programming, others are incorporating programming lessons into their primary education curriculum for the first time. The level at which programming training is offered also differs between countries. The objective of this research is to explore how countries have integrated programming education into their curricula and to identify the differences between countries in terms of programming education. The study aims to answer the question of how programming education is provided at the primary education level both domestically and abroad. The research has found that programming education is increasingly recognized as important and many countries are now allowing programming lessons in their education curriculum, with some countries even introducing programming education in kindergarten. However, there are variations in the programming languages used and the skills taught to students across different countries.

    Abstract. Now, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been used in almost all fields of life, including in education. In education, computer technology has become so essential that the government put ICT as one of the curriculum in Kazakstani education. The utilization of ICT in education has recently started to appeal the potential and significant progress in language learning. It has become a major issue in education world and has been used from preschool through to university that could facilitate students and teacher in teaching and learning process.ICT has been publicized as potentially powerful enabling tools for educational change and reform. The computers play significant role in the learning process especially in learning language.

    Abstract. In this paper, we consider questions of models, tools, and ranking in the subject area of smart cities that served as the basis for the standardization of Smart City. Acquaintance with these problems allows us to assess and understand the origin and state of standardization in this field, which covers various aspects of the design, organization and functioning of a smart city. Also in this paper we are going to consider international strategies for the standardization of an intelligent city by an oneM2M consortium, in particular the standardization of M2M (Machine-to-Machine) and IoT (Internet of Things).

    Abstract. Mathematics is an abstract science. Therefore, many children are given with difficulty. Problem tasks for students are flow problems because they require thinking and looking at tasks to pay attention to the fact that good reading and analysis of tasks using diagrams and pictures, disassemblies, drawings. Therefore, teachers strive to illustrate complex mathematical problems with diagrams, drawings. This increases interest in the material being studied. In the last century, creating visual aids for mathematics lessons to explain, she drew illustrations for text problems on paper. opposite movements, task pictures, cars, or animals moved at different speeds. There was not enough in the drawings of one, but the most important thing - the movement. . Using interactive tools, you can show all this and reveal the essence of the task. Also, the use of ICT contributes to the development of spatial imagination, imaginative thinking.
