    PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS’ ATTITUDE TOWARD TEACHING MATHEMATICS WITH TECHNOLOGY

    Abstract The 21st century is impossible to imagine without technology. Everyone knows that online learning is not surprising in the current pandemic. However, is the use of these technologies always convenient for the teacher and how effectively can teachers use the technology in their lessons? The article discusses the approach of secondary school teachers to the learning process using digital technologies. The main forms of teaching mathematics using digital technologies are also presented. In particular, I will consider the problems faced by teachers and the benefits of digital learning. In this article, we used a survey tool, during which we see that many secondary school teachers in Kazakhstan have a positive attitude to digital education and that since the beginning of the pandemic period, teachers have developed professionally in the process of using technology. Analyzing the responses to the survey, it was shown that teachers are highly qualified in the use of technology and actively use technology in their lessons.

Прагматикалық талдау әдісі көркем шығармаларға да, баспасөз мақалаларына да толық қарастыруға мүмкіндік береді. Сонымен қатар мектеп қабырғасында мәтінді прагматикалық тұрғыдан талдай алатын оқушы оны құрастыруға да қабілетті болады. Яғни бұл оның шығармашылық қабілетін ашуға мүмкіндік беріп, оны жан-жақты дамытуға да пайдасы мол. Бұл мақалада мәтінді прагматикалық талдаудың маңыздылығын толықтай ашып және оларды оқытуда тиімді әдіс-тәсілдер беріледі. Бұл талдау әдісін мектеп оқушыларына үйрете отырып, олармен мектеп бағдарламасында берілген көркем мәтіндермен жұмыс істеу, оқушылардың өздеріне дайын прагматикалық мәтін құрастыра алуды үйрету – бұл жұмыстың негізгі мақсаты.

    Абстракт Статья посвящена исследованию прав и основных свобод человека, имеющие риск быть нарушенными при обязательной дактилоскопической регистрации. В рамках исследования автором затрагиваются такие проблемные аспекты, как, во-первых, полнота содержания цели дактилоскопической регистрации, закреплённая в ст. 5 ЗРК «О дактилоскопической и геномной регистрации», во-вторых, права человека, имеющие риск быть нарушенными при обязательной дактилоскопической регистрации. Целью данной статьи выступает формирование комплекса путей, обеспечивающий баланс между реализацией обязательной дактилоскопической регистрации и соблюдением прав и основных свобод человека в Республике Казахстан. Итоговой результат исследования представляет собой рекомендацию по внесению изменения в ст. 5 ЗРК «О дактилоскопической и геномной регистрации» и теоретический материал, раскрывающий критерии законного ограничения прав на защиту данных, неприкосновенность частной жизни и свободу передвижения.

    AN ANALYSIS OF PIAAC SURVEY ON KAZAKHSTAN - GENDER, LEADERSHIP, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

    Abstract This paper aims to analyse factors predicting who will occupy leadership positions in Kazakhstan, by exploring variables such as gender, skills, level of education, and family background. The skills that are referred to in this study are competencies assessed in the PIAAC survey of Kazakhstan from 2017. The author will estimate a model whether holding leadership occupations depend on gender, family background and skills, such as numeracy, literacy and the use of ICT at workplaces. In summary, a research perspective that focuses on skills in terms of what people do in work contexts can expand conclusions drawn about leadership. Research results indicate that strategic thinking which result in literacy, numeracy and ICT skills are important for leadership. The study supports existing Western research on gender, leadership, education and skills with an analysis of big data. This empirical research adds findings to the existing data from the Central Asian context, particularly to the sector of gender studies, leadership and education.

    DIVERGENT TASKS AS A TOOL FOR PROMOTING MATHEMATICAL CREATIVE THINKING

    Abstract. Cultivating mathematical creativity is essential in mathematics education. One of the techniques for developing mathematical creative thinking is the implementation of divergent tasks. Through studying the contemporary literature this paper looks at various approaches to the definition of the concept of a divergent thinking and divergent problems. This article considers the possibilities of development of creative thinking of students on mathematics lessons through the use of the divergent tasks. Properties and the main types of divergent mathematical problems are distinguished. In addition several examples of divergent problems of different types are presented.

    Мақалада салу есептерінің деңгейлері: талдау, зерттеу, салу, дәлелдеу бөлімдері толығымен ашылып, талданады. Салу есептері оқушылардың ойлау қабілетін, математикалық ойлауын қалыптастырып, дамытады. Есеп шығару барысында әрбір кезеңді бөліп, қандай маңызға ие екенін көрсеттік. Салу есептері 7-8 сынып оқушыларына соңғы тоқсанда оқылады. Бірақ оқушыларға түсінікті тиімді, білімін толықтыруға жеңіл әдіс – тәсіл таңдалмауы, геометрия пәніне арналған оқулықтардағы тапсырмалардың аталған тақырыпқа аз берілуі. Мектеп математика мұғалімдерінен жіне 7-8 оқушыларынан салу есептеріне байланысты әңгіме-сауалнама алу алынды. Сауалнама нәтижесінде қорытынды жасалып, мысал-есеп алып әр бөлімді бөліп, есеп шығару барысында маңызын көрсеттік. Сауалнамадан оқушылардың салу есептерінің шығару жолдарының бөліктерін білмейтінін байқасақ болады. Салу есептерін шешудегі мақсат: берілген құралдар арқылы керекті фигураны салу. Мұғалімдердің пікірінше салу есептеріне жеткілікті көңіл бөлінбейді, оқулықта қосымша есептер болу керек, деңгейлері күрделі болған соң, оқу жоспарына қосымша сабақтар қосылу керек және салу есептеріне байланысты үйірме ашылу керек деп есептейтінін көрсек болады.

    PRECONDITIONS FOR COMPILING PRACTICE-ORIENTED ASSIGNMENTS IN MATHEMATICS

    Abstract It is no secret that today most educational institutions are gradually reorienting to the educational standards of the third generation. In this regard, there is a problem of training qualified specialists for the society, focusing on mathematics as a fundamental and popular science. The professional orientation of training allows us to consider mathematics, firstly, as a means by which you can design the process of profile-oriented training, and secondly, as a form of specific interdisciplinary relationship of general and professional knowledge. Based on this, the development of students’ intellectual skills in designing and modeling mathematical models is considered particularly relevant at the present time. Therefore, a systematic approach to teaching mathematics on the basis of practice-oriented teaching, which has already proved itself in the framework of experimental application and in elective classes in mathematics, is becoming particularly relevant today.

    UPDATING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF A TEACHER IN REFRESHER COURSES

    Abstract The relevance of the study is determined by the acute lack of additional training for teachers, which has found its niche in the educational process in Kazakhstan and in the world as a whole. The large-scale rapid transition of educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a distance-learning format in connection with the epidemic threat due to the spread of COVID-19 revealed an urgent need for teachers to acquire and develop professional skills related to the organization and conduct of online training. At the beginning of the research, in order to determine the types of teacher's activities, it was necessary to identify and systematize the range of tasks in the framework of their professional activities. In this regard, we made a diagnosis of the professional difficulties and needs of teachers who completed professional development courses during 2020. The main task of diagnostics based on a questionnaire was to identify the dynamics of changes in educational needs and the choice of preferred forms of professional development. The reliability of the obtained results was ensured by a holistic systematic approach to solving the tasks and problems, the methodological validity of scientific statements, an analysis of domestic and foreign experience and practice of additional education, interpretation of the results based on the selected methods and personal participation in the creation and management of the center of additional education. Thus, the development of the legal framework, the need of teachers and administrative personnel of educational institutions for a free choice of forms of professional development guaranteed by laws create stable prerequisites for the wider involvement of legal entities of various forms of ownership in the process of providing electronic educational services. Therefore, from our point of view, the perception of lifelong learning in the form of refresher courses, as an impulse to improve the teacher and the pedagogical model as a whole is of particular importance.

    Abstract. This research paper focuses on e-money and electronic payment systems that is extremely relevant topic within the current pandemic situation. Recently, we became witnesses with the globalization of markets and growth of e-commerce. It is obvious that money transactions became digital, electronic payments systems became our daily payment tool. All these globalization and digitalization are changing the culture of shopping, conducting business, accepting e-money as means of payment. At the same time, there are number of people that cannot accept any type of money except cash money. However, a number of issues, especially the digital money market, coverage and security, legal issues and some other aspects remain poorly understood. Thus this paper is made to make majority of population to be acquainted with the e-money, electronic payment systems, their problems, trends, their advantages and disadvantages as a whole from the legal perspectives.

    COMPARISON OF TEACHING ENGLISH IN KAZAKHSTAN AND THE NETHERLANDS ON THE BASIS OF COMPARING DIFFERENCES BETWEEN WORD ORDER IN STUDENTS’ MOTHER TONGUE

    Abstract.The given article is devoted to considering difficulties in teaching the English word order in higher educational institutions caused by interference of students’ mother tongue on the basis of comparing the influence of different grammatical systems of source languages on acquisition of a target language. The research begins with analysis of peculiarities of word order in three languages belonging to different language groups and language families (Kazakh, Dutch and English) aiming to compare their impact on mistakes students in Kazakhstan and the Netherlands may make while learning English as a foreign language. In addition, the author comes up with several tips to teach word order in a sentence for English language teachers in Kazakhstani higher institutions.
