Expert systems (ES) arose as a significant practical result in the application and development of methods of artificial intelligence (AI) - a set of scientific disciplines that study methods for solving intellectual (creative) problems using computers.During the last few years so many of these tools have become available that the choice of an appropriate tool has become an issue on its own. The field of AI has more than forty-year history of development. From the very beginning, it examined a number of very complex problems, which, among others, are still the subject of research: automatic proofs of theorems, machine translation (automatic translation from one natural language to another), image recognition and scene analysis, action planning robots, algorithms and strategy games.Item Open Access MAINTAINING INTEREST AND INVOLVEMENT BY USING STORY TELLING APPROCH IN EFL CLASSES(СДУ хабаршысы - 2018, 2018) T.K. The article discusses and analyzes literary stories in a foreign language classes for the purpose of improving the sociocultural, linguistic competence, critical thinking, communicative competence of the learner. Literary works are of substantial benefit for the formation of the literary, cultural competence of a language learner as an authentic material. Awardwinning Bookworms Club series have been selected depending on the level of language learners. Thought- provoking stories are about human values variety of challenges facing humanity in real life enable learners interest and gives students a reason to communicate. Working with the group is accomplished through six roles of team members by representating role card tasks. An excellent story combined with The Reading Circle roles enhances the lesson to be interesting and promote teamwork, exchange views, share personal views, and make conclusions. The use of literary stories as an authentic material in practical lessons or as IWS will tailor and encourage the learners reading skills.Item Open Access COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TRANSLATION OF MEDIA TEXTS FROM ENGLISH INTO RUSSIAN(СДУ хабаршысы - 2018, 2018) Zhumaliyeva R.Z. ; Abdraimova A.Abstract. The novelty of this research lies in the fact that for the first time the study of the features of the translation of media texts of news topics distributed via the Internet is viewed through the prism of computer technologies named as machine translation tools and Translation Memory systems. The purpose of this work is to study the features of the use of computer software in the translation of media texts distributed through the global Internet telecommunications network, within the tasks carried out by the texts as a means of communication, and to study the influence of these features on their translation. According to the authors, the use of automatic translators can significantly reduce the translation time by increasing the time for editing certain types of text.Item Open Access BEHAVIORAL FINANCE: EFFECTS ON FINANCIAL DECISION MAKINGS OF ENTREPRENEUR IN KAZAKHSTAN(СДУ хабаршысы - 2018, 2018) Yenikeyeva A.Abstract. The purpose of this study was to further explore differences between entrepreneurs decision-makings. However, rather than focusing on previously examined individual differences, this study examined differences in the decision-making processes used by entrepre- neurs. Building on nonrational decision-making models from behavioral decision theory, we asserted that entrepreneurs are more susceptible to the use decision-making biases and heuristics than are managers in large organizations.The use ofbiases and heuristics may also offer some help in explaining why entrepreneurs sometimes make bad managers. Whereas the use ofcognitive biases may be beneficial in some cir- cumstances, it can lead to major errors in others. Although research has yet to establish performance implications, it is possible that the more extensive use ofheuristics in strategic decision-making may be a great advantage during the start-up years. An extensive archive of petabytes of data has been generated from modern information systems and digital technologies such as scientific data analysis, social data analysis, reference systems and Internet services journals. To investigate and extract knowledge from this enormous data much effort is needed. Due to this, Big Data Management Systems need to be integrated as part of the computing curriculum. In this article, we present examples of analysed tasks that can be processed as large data projects using Apache Hadoop, and it’s Map – Reduce, Apache Spark, Hive and Pig by demonstrating how each type of system can be integrated via sample datasets and data analysis tasks. But in Kazakhstan there is still insufficient level of pre-awareness, weak involvement of the inactive population in the business environment. The share of the employed population in entrepreneurship in comparison with world statistics is very low. Thisindicates the need to improve the infrastructure for supporting initial business.Item Open Access INFLUENCE OF NON-TARIFF BARRIERS ON TRADE AMONG MEMBERS OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION: LITERATURE REVIEW(СДУ хабаршысы - 2018, 2018) Botabayev D.Abstract. Today, in the multilateral trading system, non-tariff barriers have significant share of all trade restrictions. One of the reasons for this is the results of the negotiations on trade liberalization between neighbor countries. Also decrease in customs tariffs is one of policy supported by WTO. At present non-tariff barriers remain one of the few ways to protect the domestic market, but not all of them de jure and de facto comply with the rules established by all unions such as WTO and Eurasian Economic Union. The use of non-tariff barriers is becoming an increasingly urgent issue on the agenda of many meetings within integrated associations. To ensure more productive work to eliminate such barriers within the Eurasian Economic Union members should expand the relevant powers of the Union authorities.Item Open Access SHORT - VIDEO PROJECT WORK IN LANGUAGE TEACHING(СДУ хабаршысы - 2018, 2018) D. This work is concerned with English Teaching with Short Video Project Work, with its role and function in lessons and its effect on students’ knowledge of the language. Video Project Work is nowadays considered to be a really effective way of teaching English that connects learning and using the language. From the authors’ experience it was found out that students like such kinds of tasks and they learn a lot of various things while they are doing this work.
