dc.description.abstractAbstract. Today, living in a world of global integration and data digitalization: Where the speed of information exchange plays an important role; When human participation in most of the business processes are replaced by artificial intelligence services, in order to increase efficiency and to reduce costs and risks. Still,the sphere of audit services is an example, which shows that not in all cases you can easily replace your human resources. Knowing this fact, audit companies are always looking for the best workers, and it is not surprising that they have a very high staff turnover over the last decades. However, what are the reasons for it ? It might be bad management, low salaries, high workload and pressure, etc. Nevertheless, in this particular article we are going to analyze only two possible reasons of it: company commitment and such term as «burnout».
