dc.description.abstractAbstract. CLIL model has proved its effectiveness in teaching language and content. And also it plays one of the major roles in increasing students’ motivation. The research into the benefits of teaching mathematics in English to Kazakh students refers to the following domains: the development of students’ cognitive skills for both mathematics and English, the relationship of the two disciplines and its impact on learning and teaching. Thus, the current article dwells upon the procedure and the results of an experiment conducted with application of CLIL method for Mathematics lessons aimed at improving students’ motivation.
