dc.description.abstractAbstract. This article is devoted to investigate the problems in translating collocations in official documents. Official documentation has certain rules and features, such as concreteness, brevity, clarity, high information productivity, strict logic, clear rhythm of sentences etc. In connection with these established rules, translation problems arise, because each language has its own structure. In this study, a functional analysis of the language units in speech, structural-semantic and stylistic methods of linguistic analysis are used. The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of official documents translation to determine the features of official style, as well as the derivation of which translation transformations are used mostly to transmit complete semantic correspondences. The study of official letters in the work is carried out under the influence of the traditions of communicative research the text, which have been comprehended and substantiated in many domestic and foreign works.
