Not political motives, but the strong mutually advantageous strategy of economic development. The of positive and have to be a basis of integration of the countries of Central Asia with the Eurasian Economic Union negative factors impacting the integration processes in the region. For example, the good reasons are the following: the common historical past, cultural affinity, ethnical roots and so on. There are also the obstacles in integration processes as a rivalry between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, disputes among all the states over the hydro-energy resources, the continuing building of the nation-states in the region and others. The main advantage of new negotiations is openness for dialogue and communication and an opportunity to achieve notable results in integration.
