dc.description.abstractModern trends in the hospitality industry, in particular, the personification of service and complete concentration on the requests and needs of guests necessitates the use of information and communication technologies, which will enhance the range of services in the sphere of hospitality. Market wisdom today suggests that hospitality companies must embrace technology to compete against traditional competitors, as well as entrants that build their businesses with the latest technology.
