    Предлагается теоретическая и практическая реализация системы эффективного энергопотребления , основанной на использовании технологии диверсифицированной тарификации электроэнергии , применяемой в быту и промышленности. Предлагаемая модель позволяет накапли вать и раздавать электроэнергию по заданному расписанию, что делает возможным теоретическое сокращение расходов на электроэнергию до 5 раз в зависимости от применяемой тарифной политики. Прототипом проекта послужил пример компании Tesla Motors (США) с прод уктом PowerWall.

    Abstract The main goal of this project is to create and test novel algorithms for detecting, segmenting, and classifying symbols in order to improve the performance of automatic recognition systems for automobile license plates based on neural networks under interference and distortion situations. The goal of this study is to look at the detection, segmentation, and classification techniques that are used to find objects in halftone and color photographs. The goal of the study is to increase the efficiency of video recording systems and vehicle traffic control by developing and modifying algorithms.

This abstract provides an overview of the course's key components, which include both theoretical concepts and practical exercises. The course begins by presenting the core principles of calculus, starting with the concept of limits, derivatives, and integrals. Students will delve into the mathematical foundations that underpin this discipline, understanding how calculus provides the tools to analyze and describe the behavior of functions, curves, and change itself. In the practical aspect of the course, students will engage in a wide range of exercises and problems that require them to apply calculus techniques to real-world scenarios. These exercises will cover differentiation, integration, optimization, and related rates, among other topics. Through these exercises, students will develop critical problem-solving skills and gain the ability to model and solve complex, dynamic situations.

    CYRILLIC HANDWRITTEN OPTICAL CHARACTER RECOGNITION: A REVIEW OF VARIOUS RECOGNITION METHODS

    Abstract In the age of digital technologies, to simplify the search and storage of information, the translation of handwritten documents into electronic format is an urgent task. Optical character recognition makes it possible to recognize characters from images and scans of documents with subsequent translation into a machine-readable format. At the moment, there are a lot of methods and algorithms of machine learning and computer vision that differ from each other in efficiency and method of application. In many ways, the results of the methods used differ due to the specifics of each language under study, expressed in the difference in the number and type of symbols. The purpose of this review article is to summarize the research conducted in recognizing handwritten Cyrillic characters and to conduct comparative results on methods and their results. As the data under study, we summarized and analyzed research articles on the topic of recognition of Cyrillic handwritten text.

    COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF DIABETES PATIENTS MEDICAL DATA USING SUPERVISED MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS AN EDUCATIONAL APPROACH

    The comparative analysis has been performed on tree supervised machine learning algorithms i.e., decision trees, logistic regression and multi layer perceptron neural network over Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis tool on medical data for patients with two types of diabetes disorders. Diabetes Mellitus refers to the metabolic disorder that happens from malfunction in insulin secretion and action. It is characterized by hyperglycemia.The diagnosis of diabetes is very important now days using various types of techniques.The dataset has been obtained from UCI machine learning repository for Pima Indian Diabetes patients. The purpose of the research study is to show the usage of different machine learning algorithms and performance metrics for education al purposes in teaching machine learning to students from information systems field in more efficient and non trivial way. During the research the comparative analysis studies have been performed which revealed that less complex algorithms can be used for disease diagnosis and possess better performance when properly configured.

QML (Qt Meta Language или Qt Modeling Language) — декларативный язык программирования, в основании которого лежит среда JavaScript. QML используется для разработки приложений, делающих основной упор на пользовательский интерфейс и, в целом, на дизайн графической части. Является частью Qt Quick, среды разработки пользовательского интерфейса, распространяемой вместе с Qt. Часто используется для создания приложений, ориентированных на мобильные устройства с сенсорным управлением. QML-документ представляет собой дерево элементов. QML элемент, так же, как и элемент Qt, представляет собой совокупность блоков: графических (таких, как rectangle, image) и поведенческих (таких, как state, transition, animation).     EXPLORATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF ESOTERIC PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES ON THE INVOLVEMENT IN THE LEARNING PROCESS

    Abstract In this paper several types of esoteric programming languages have been chosen to analyze whether they can help to learn programming and arouse interest of non-programmers. Esoteric programming languages were designed to explore the possibilities of developing any ideas with programming languages, in other words, to implement an idea in any human-understandable way. We chose programming languages which were as close as possible to the spheres of real life, such as cooking - to write the code as a recipe of any dish, literature - the code format looks like a literary work, movies - using quotes from movies to write the code, painting - the written code looks like a picture and also jokes - using slang to make the code more understandable to a certain people. During the work we used observational research methods to understand the influence of esoteric programming languages on students' involvement. Also the selected esoteric programming languages helps to understand whether it is worth learning programming and whether learning one of the esoteric programming languages facilitates the learning process.
