    Abstract. The credit scoring model is widely used to predict the likelihood of a customer default. To measure the quality of such scoring models, you can use quantitative indicators such as the GINI index, KolmogorovSmirnov (KS) statistics, Lift, Mahalanobis distance, information statistics. This article discusses and illustrates the practical use of the GINI index.

    COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF SORTING ALGORITHMS USED IN COMPETITIVE PROGRAMMING

    Abstract. Sorting is one of the most used and fundamental operation in computer science since the first time it had been tried to arrange list of items in some sequence. A large number of sorting algorithms were designed in order to have best performance in terms of computational complexity, memory usage, stability, and methods. In addition, in algorithmic problem solving, not all algorithms have same efficiency. This paper makes comparison research and discusses four different types of sorting algorithms: bubble sort, quick sort, insertion sort, and merge sort. The algorithms are tested and compared for data usage and time spent for sorting given amount of data.

    ФРАКТАЛЬНЫЙ МЕТОД ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЯ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНЫХ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ CHCTEM

    В работе рассматривается — решение — задачи проектирования интеллектуальных информационных систем (ИИС). На концептуальном уровне предлагается техническая и алгоритмическая структура ИИС и логическая цепочка интеллектуализация связывающих ее частей. При этом констатируется, что главную часть ИИС составляет фрактальная база знаний (БЗ) и система ее управления. Формализируя понятия «данные» и ‹«информация» приводится аналитический вид понятие ‹знание». На основе продукционного знание первые вводится понятие «фрактальное знание». С целью создания фрактального базы знаний приводится алгоритм управления этими базами знаний. Процедура принятие решений строится на базе алгоритма вычисления оценок (АВО). На основе трех алгоритмических фракталов предлагается концепция проектирования ИИС с фрактальной базы знаний. Предполагается, что такой подход проектирование ИИС дает ей в определенном смысле универсальность. Целью обеспечения универсальности предлагаемого метода появляется — возможность инженерам проектировать ИИС без особых затруднений.

    Abstract. Throughout the 20th century, views about breast cancer have drastically changed. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide, with nearly 1.7 million new cases diagnosed in 2012. This type of cancer is the second most common cancer overall. There is lot of information and data, which give opportunity for analyzing some processes, make some researches in classification and in data mining fields, test some tools of machine learning and make experiments for tuning main methods of supervised learning. Main part of project is creating useful tool for predicting breast cancer with high accuracy before getting ill or in initial stage of disease. This work is fascinating because the goal is to implement a lot of tools for creating web system, which can make effective prediction analysis. In other word, we can anticipate the future for women diseases.

Трансформация лучшего контента для информационно-коммуникационных технологий, а также сбор, систематизация и централизация лучших курсов казахстанских ИКТ-технологий на единой платформе. В результате проект решает сложную многоступенчатую задачу обучения/ переподготовки специалистов в области информационных и коммуникационных технологий не только в стенах Международного университета информационных технологий, но и далеко за его пределами.

    Abstract. Machine learning (ML) provides methods, techniques, and tools that can help solve diagnostic and prognostic problems in various fields of medicine. ML is used to analyze clinical parameters and their combinations for prognosis, such as disease progression, for maintenance therapy of treatment, and for General patient management. In our time, computer systems have already begun to be introduced into the healthcare environment, which makes it possible to facilitate and improve the efficiency of medical professionals and ultimately improve the efficiency and quality of medical care. Below is a demonstration to tell what the main applications of ML were used in the application and show how they can be useful for medical care. The main task was to combine all the useful functions that can help people in the field of medicine. The application will help to determine the authenticity of medicines through text recognition and search through the database of official drug registers, as well as using recommendation systems and algorithms (K-nearest neighbor Algorithm) to help in the selection of medicines, using the camera and phone flash to calculate the heart rate, which will accordingly help people with blood pressure problems. The application will be available on two platforms on 10S, as well as for the Android operating system, as it was implemented through the Flutter framework in Android Studio. For the algorithms, used Google's ML-Kit libraries. Jupyter, numpy, pandas, matplotlib, scipy, and scikit-learn Notepad are also used for data preparation.

Expert systems (ES) arose as a significant practical result in the application and development of methods of artificial intelligence (AI) - a set of scientific disciplines that study methods for solving intellectual (creative) problems using computers.During the last few years so many of these tools have become available that the choice of an appropriate tool has become an issue on its own. The field of AI has more than forty-year history of development. From the very beginning, it examined a number of very complex problems, which, among others, are still the subject of research: automatic proofs of theorems, machine translation (automatic translation from one natural language to another), image recognition and scene analysis, action planning robots, algorithms and strategy games.

    FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATE REGIMES IN KAZAKHSTAN

    Abstract. The work investigates the main affecting factors to domestic currency volatility and also provides an extensive analysis about the relationship of oil prices and nominal exchange rate of tenge against US dollars. The paper discusses the relationship between oil prices and exchange rate of KZT vs. USD and measures the marginal effect of oil prices on domestic currency through the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). It examines about the affecting factors to domestic currency, exactly nominal exchange rate of KZT vs. USD according to the Inflation Report of NBK. The analysis, made by the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) for time series data. Popular model because it allows for the existence of an underlying or fundamental link between variables (the long run relationship) as well as for short run adjustments (i.e. changes) between variables, including adjustments to achieve the cointegrating relationship.
