This article considers privileges from brand alliances for business class passengers, since these passengers are the main and regular customers of airlines, analyzes the importance of these privileges and in addition answers the question: “Is the membership of the airline in the alliance the main reason for choosing the airline?” The issues addressed are relevant due to the fact that passengers are the main sources of income and their relationship to certain issues relating to the airline are very significant.Item Open Access CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND FIRM PROFITABILITY: ANALYSIS OF LISTED FIRMS IN KAZAKHSTAN(СДУ хабаршысы - 2019, 2019) Sarsenova D. ; Aigel Z.Abstract. Decisions regarding to capital structure is essential one since firm’s profitability affected by such decision. This study is vital for financial managers to understand an effect of Capital Structure on Profitability. The paper was aimed to examine relationship between Capital Structure and Profitability of listed firms in Kazakhstan over five years’ period from 2013 to 2017. Secondary data such as audited financial statements were used from randomly selected fifty listed companies in Kazakhstan. Regression analysis, specifically, generalized method of moments (GMM) estimator has been employed in order to analyze an impact of capital structure on firm’s performance. The article deals with the problem of increasing the efficiency of managing the Frequent Flyer Programs for Kazakhstan airlines in the market. The main effectiveness indicators of Frequent Flyer Programs are determined, a comparative analysis of these indicators is presented in comparison with the leading airlines of the world, an analysis of the main groups of costs and benefits obtained by the airline from the introduction and use of Frequent Flyer Programs with the purpose of developing appropriate control actions is carried out. The particular relevance of the research objective arises from the intensification of competition in the airline industry and the extensive consolidation that is expected to accompany it. Therefore, this research is identified as study of improving learnings of students and effect of Cooperative Learning. Her boyun kendi ağız özelliklerini geliştirmesi ve diğer boylara ait özellikleri de teker teker terk etmesi neticesinde ortaya çıkan farklı yazı dilleri içerisinde: Azerî Türkçesi, Özbek Türkçesi, Türkiye Türkçesi gibi diller bunların en güzel örnekleri arasındadır. Söz varlığı, bir dildeki sözlerin bütünü, söz hazinesi, sözcük dağarcığı, kelime hazinesi şeklinde açıklanmıştır. Söz varlığı üzerine tespit edilen birtakım veriler bu konuda Türkçenin halen istenen düzeyde zenginliğe ulaşamadığını, halen birçok ödünçlemenin eserlerde kullanılmakta olduğunu göstermektedir. Günümüze kadar ulaşan diller arasında kendisini yabancı kelimelerden tamamen korumuş saf bir dile ulaşmak neredeyse imkansızdır. Bu çalışma Türkçenin söz varlılığının temel niteliklerini ve söz varlığına ait özellikleri vermesi bakımından önemlidir.Item Open Access BUILDING CULTURAL BRIDGES THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKS: A CASE STUDY(Global Trends and Values in Education, 2020) Al-Jarf R.An English teacher uses Skype to connect his high school students in an Indian village with international teachers to help them interact and converse with them in English. Each international teacher interacts with the students in English once for 40 minutes. The teacher does that daily, and each day an international guest teacher is from a different country. The aims of this study are to report the effects of this kind of intercultural exchange on students’ English language skill development and cultural and global awareness. Results showed many benefits for the students: Listening and speaking skill enhancement, getting used to different native and non-native accents, improved pronunciation, and learning new vocabulary and grammatical structures. The students also learn names of countries, their location, flags, currency, cities, people, and exchange information and pictures about the local and target cultures. They learn about the foreign country’s educational system, history, antiquities, food, art, traditions, and costumes. They are taken on virtual field trips to some historical places and museums. They learn about natural phenomena such as the northern lights. Sometimes they receive books, T-shirts and pens as gifts from foreign teachers. В данной статье автором подробно рассмотрена сущность рекрутинга. Помимо этого, выделены основные факторы формирования рекрутинга в Казахстане. Указывается, что рекрутинг в Казахстане успешно развивается, конкурируя на равных с аналогичными компаниями в России и на Западе. Раскрыты также основные исторические моменты развития рекрутинга в Казахстане. В статье определены основные направления деятельности рекрутинговых агентств и основные недостатки. Отмечается, что сейчас в Казахстане осуществляют деятельность рекрутинговые агентства на высоком уровне. Помимо этого, были перечислены основные тенденции развития на рынке труда Казахстана.Item Open Access EQUITY IN ACCESS TO KAZAKHSTANI HIGHER EDUCATION(СДУ хабаршысы - 2019, 2019) Yenikeyeva A.Abstract. The purpose of this study, which is conducted using document analysis and primary data collectionin order to understand the policy and problems of access and equity in Kazakhstani higher education in terms of financial issues. The absence of adequate financial support is the most major obstacle to accessing the education in Kazakhstan. At the same time higher education instituions are not allowed to raise funds and help students with decreasing the fees.In addition to inequity, the high-income cities of Almaty and Astana usually achieve the highest scores on the UNT. Thus means citizens from reacher parts of Kazakhstan have more access to grants issued by government than poorer regions. The main answer of the question who pays and who should pay for higher education in Kazakhstan is revealed.The aim of this study, which is conducted using document analysis is to understand the policy and problems of access and equity in Kazakhstani higher education in terms of financial issues and unified national test (UNT) which is used to make access more transparent and fair. The absence of adequate financial support is the most major obstacle to accessing the education in Kazakhstan. At the same time higher education instituions are not allowed to raise funds and help students with decreasing the fees.In addition to inequity, the high-income cities of Almaty and Astana usually achieve the highest scores on the UNT. Thus means citizens from reacher parts of Kazakhstan have more access to grants issued by government than poorer regions. Future researches may be divided by financing polices and access to higher education by UNT. Identification the affect of improved version of UNT on access and equity in higher education.
