Мақалада латын графикасындағы қазақ әліпбиімен 1929 жылдан емес, 1928 жылдан бастап шыға бастағаны айтылады. 1928 жылы 5000 тиражбен жарық көрген Байділдаұлы Ә. «Жаңа әліппе туралы» еңбегі талданады. Кітаптағы орфографиялық және пунктуациялық ерекшеліктер айтылады. Мәселен, «бас әріпке байланысты қиындықтар», «/в/-ның үлкен әріп нұсқасы», «қысаң езуліктердің емлесі», «и, у дыбыстарының жазылуы», «кейбір дауыссыз дыбыстардың жазылуы», «сөздерді бірге, бөлек жазудағы өзгерістер»,«кейбір тыныс белгілердің қолданылуы» секілді ерекшеліктер талданады.

    Abstract. Expert systems (ES) arose as a significant practical result in the application and development of methods of artificial intelligence (AI) - a set of scientific disciplines that study methods for solving intellectual (creative) problems using computers.During the last few years so many of these tools have become available that the choice of an appropriate tool has become an issue on its own. The field of AI has more than forty-year history of development. From the very beginning, it examined a number of very complex problems, which, among others, are still the subject of research: automatic proofs of theorems, machine translation (automatic translation from one natural language to another), image recognition and scene analysis, action planning robots, algorithms and strategy games.

    COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TRANSLATION OF MEDIA TEXTS FROM ENGLISH INTO RUSSIAN

    Abstract. The novelty of this research lies in the fact that for the first time the study of the features of the translation of media texts of news topics distributed via the Internet is viewed through the prism of computer technologies named as machine translation tools and Translation Memory systems. The purpose of this work is to study the features of the use of computer software in the translation of media texts distributed through the global Internet telecommunications network, within the tasks carried out by the texts as a means of communication, and to study the influence of these features on their translation. According to the authors, the use of automatic translators can significantly reduce the translation time by increasing the time for editing certain types of text.

    Abstract. The widespread use of information technology in various fields of science and education in many ways began to determine the progress and direction of development in these areas. A special place is occupied by medicine. This article discusses the solutions and further usage of the opportunities of three-dimensional modeling technology in medicine and in the study of the anatomical features of human internal organs. The field of computer visualization considered in the work, on the example of a designed human heart during medical practice, was focused on the final result on improving the quality of training of doctors at the present stage. The main task of the scientific work is the introduction of modern diagnostics and treatment of heart diseases based on a three-dimensional projection of the cardiovascular organ. Using this project increases the prospects for effective educational process in clinical departments, as well as during cardio-testing. In the process of creating a three-dimensional model, studies were conducted in search of a suitable method for the projection of internal organs with the most approximate accuracy. As a result of the study, a visual model of the human heart was developed that meets the requirements of a diagnostic scanner.

    TEACHING BIG DATA ANALYTICAL PLATFORMS IN HIGHER EDUCATION FOR GRADUATE DEGREE STUDENTS

    Abstract. An extensive archive of petabytes of data has been generated from modern information systems and digital technologies such as scientific data analysis, social data analysis, reference systems and Internet services journals. To investigate and extract knowledge from this enormous data much effort is needed. Due to this, Big Data Management Systems need to be integrated as part of the computing curriculum. In this article, we present examples of analysed tasks that can be processed as large data projects using Apache Hadoop, and it’s Map – Reduce, Apache Spark, Hive and Pig by demonstrating how each type of system can be integrated via sample datasets and data analysis tasks. The aim of this paper is to show how Big data analyzing tools can be educated through sample tasks, their solution and implementation.

And analysts should be able to control automation, correctly formulate the concept and improve the processes of the system.     Abstract: The article deals with specific phenomenon related to both Russian grammar and semantics; traditionally it is treated as multifaceted linguistic means aimed at emotive meaning representation. The author focuses on emotive coordination represented in Russian literary texts dated by XVIII century. The author's conclusion is that the ability to adequately perceive the personal, emotional dominants of other people's texts as reflections of a different conceptual sphere of Russian national culture that is remote in time is associated with the correct perception of the evaluation code that exists at a historically specific point on the diachronic axis, emotionally coordinating as one of ways of expressing assessment at the text level.

    THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE APPLICATION AND SYSTEM STRUCTURE FOR COMPATIBILITY MONITORING OF MEDICINES

    Abstract. In this work, presented the analysis results of mobile applications and registration systems of medicines, where the main task is automating data entry, storing and maintaining monitoring for the storage and transportation of medicines, as well as an appointment for their use. By using this Android mobile application, it would be easy for people to take more information about medicines that they are going to take. With Application it will be clear for users what to use, when to use and how to use medicines before taking, it is not invalid and has big possibilities. Nearly all people have smartphones, so it is possible to get that information just by downloading the application instead of going to hospital or pharmacy. The project doing process consists of getting data about the medicines, analyzing statistics of illnesses in Kazakhstan, working with database, compatibility and checking medicines composition for allergic cases. As a result of the analysis, a framework of the mobile application has been developed that meets the requirements and basic purposes of the analyzed mobile applications and systems.

    BUILDING KAZAKH LANGUAGE OPEN SOURCE CORPORA USING WIKIPEDIA RESOURCES

    Abstract. The lack of free public accessible Kazakh language corpus is one of the difficulties that Kazakh linguistics researchers face. Corpuses are used as a data source in statistical linguistics for the detection of unigrams, bigrams and n-grams. These data help analyze the structure of the language and find the most used words, etc. The aim of this paper is a step towards supporting Kazakh linguistics with the open source corpus built on Wikipedia dumps and one of its applications a Kazakh spell checker. Now, corpus contains over 21 million words. It is also open source and waiting for any contributors and suggestions.
