Item Open Access REFLECTIONS ON RUSSIAN COMPATRIOT POLICY IN COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES(СДУ хабаршысы - 2017, 2017) Assanbayev M.B.Abstract. The last year marked the 25 years of the creation of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Despite the existence of criticism in certain media and analytical circles in respect to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) activity, the organization has firmly established itself as an essential format for further cooperation of the participating countries. No doubt the main positive outcome in creating CIS has been peaceful divorce of post-Soviet states (unlike former Yugoslavia). Today, each post-soviet republic has been recognized to be an integral part of international relations. However, there have been also serious challenges and crucial political developments within the framework of the CIS. In August 18, 2009, a year after the Russian-Georgian war in South Ossetia, Georgia officially left the CIS. In the same vein after the annexation of the Crimea into Russia in 2014, Kyiv has limited its participation in CIS to a lesser extent. At the same time the ongoing armed conflict between the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian separatist forces of the self-declared Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics in South-Eastern regions of Ukraine has entirely divided the nation. Unfortunately, this split is going to last for a few generations further. The 1993 Charter of the CIS stresses, in Article 3, the principle of «inviolability of state frontiers, recognition of existing frontiers and renouncement of illegal acquisition of territories». However, this fundamental agreement did not prevent the emergence of political and territorial claims between Russia and some CIS-member-states. The post-soviet space is still considered to be a conflict-prone area, where the potential challenges and threats still exist in regard to territorial integrity and stability of some post-soviet states despite the fact that the present state frontiers of these states have been recognized internationally. One of the reasons that resulted in the emergence of this kind of challenge was incubated in the contemporary Russian foreign policy towards its «compatriots» residing in the post-soviet states. Syzdykov; A. DyussembayevaAbstract. This article is devoted to investigate the problems in translating collocations in official documents. Official documentation has certain rules and features, such as concreteness, brevity, clarity, high information productivity, strict logic, clear rhythm of sentences etc. In connection with these established rules, translation problems arise, because each language has its own structure. In this study, a functional analysis of the language units in speech, structural-semantic and stylistic methods of linguistic analysis are used. The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of official documents translation to determine the features of official style, as well as the derivation of which translation transformations are used mostly to transmit complete semantic correspondences. The study of official letters in the work is carried out under the influence of the traditions of communicative research the text, which have been comprehended and substantiated in many domestic and foreign works.Item Open Access HYPNOSIS AS A STRESS MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR TEACHERS(СДУ хабаршысы - 2019, 2019) Nurshanov Y.Abstract. The article considers the hypnosis as an element of stress management educational complex for the teachers. The author attempted to use the hypnosis technics as a stress coping and prevention tool for the teachers. Based on practical experience and research provided among the teachers, directors and other school stuff author included and patented the hypnosis as an element of psychological pedagogical complex “Stress defense and increasing the stress coping ability”. Hypnosis as an element of mentioned complex provides an opportunity to deeply clear the influence of accumulated stress, trauma and depression. Also hypnosis methods helps to create a motivational base and activate inner resources to effectively manage any life situations. The advantages and difficulties in the application of hypnosis and self-hypnosis are considered.Item Open Access DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ LOGICAL THINKING BY SOLVING NON-STANDARD TASKS(СДУ хабаршысы - 2021, 2021) Y. Sapazhanov; T.S. Manap; K.A. UderbayevaAbstract. One of the priority tasks of the modern education system is the formation of a logically thinking, research-oriented personality. The ability to think logically is a necessary condition for the successful assimilation of educational material. The article deals with the use of various non-standard tasks for this purpose, which force us to abandon the stereotypes of thinking. The paper considers some pedagogical conditions that must be followed when learning to solve non-standard problems, and partially reveals the work at the stages of their solution. However, it should be noted that when learning to solve non-standard tasks, you can and should follow the same pedagogical conditions as when working with standard tasks. The article also deals with the development of logical thinking in the process of teaching mathematics. The key point of studying this problem is the study of the levels of logical thinking: the identification of cause-and-effect relationships, the formation of mental operations in the course of solving non-standard problems.Item Open Access RECOMMENDER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT(СДУ хабаршысы - 2019, 2019) Kim A.Abstract. Over the last few decades recommender systems have taken more and more place in industry. Recommender systems are algorithms aimed at suggesting relevant products to users. From suggesting to people the goods that could interest them to suggesting to users the web content matching their preferences, recommender systems are today unavoidable in our daily online journeys. Recommender systems are really important in all industries as they can bring real economic returns or can be competitive advantage. In this work we provide an approach for increasing click-through rate by suggesting relevant products to users. The algorithm behind the recommender system described in this study is based on matrix factorization.Item Open Access RSSI BASED BLUETOOTH LOW ENERGY INDOOR POSITIONING(СДУ хабаршысы - 2018, 2018) Mussina A.B. ; Aubakirov S.S.Abstract. People usually spend time inside buildings like offices, shops, hospitals, airports, train station and other indoor spaces. Nowadays, the task of positioning and navigation in this kind of environment is becoming more relevant and useful. Commonly used GPS (Global Positioning System), which is typically used in obtaining location information, has no use in closed spaces. Thereby, we need new technology of real-time location system. In this research work we investigated usage of Bluetooth Low Energy RSSI to estimate location. We experimented with the following mathematical filtering functions to smooth rssi and improve accuracy: median, mode and single direction outlier removal. For position calculation, we used trilateration algorithm. Our research based on assumptions and experiments of works of other researches. The goal was to achieve accuracy of 1-2 meters.Item Open Access TEACHING ENGLISH TO NON-NATIVE STUDENTS BY LESSON STUDY METHOD(СДУ хабаршысы - 2021, 2021) L.T. UssenbekAbstract. This article examines the effectiveness and effects of the lesson study method on University non-native students and Lecturers. The participants of the study were 10 University students and three lecturers from a nearby University. The research questions formulated were the effects of the lesson study method on students, the effects of the method on lecturers, and the advantages and disadvantages. The information gathered mainly involves the qualitative research method: surveys, observations, Student works, and questionnaires. Close analysis of the data obtained reflected that the lesson study method improved the teachers' instructional strategies as far as self-reflection, corporative learning, and problem-solving is concerned. However, on the part of students, lesson study recorded positive remarks on some subjects but did not bear many fruits on the students' understanding and achievement.Item Open Access ANALYSIS OF PROGRAMMING EDUCATION AT THE PRIMARY EDUCATION LEVEL(СДУ хабаршысы - 2023, 2023) Saimassay G. ; Zhaparov M. ; Mukhiyayeva A. ; Zhalgassova Zh.Abstract. Programming education has traditionally been provided at the undergraduate level worldwide. However, in recent years, there has been a growing trend in developed countries to introduce programming education at earlier ages with the aim of promoting software literacy, improving programming skills, and making programming education accessible to a wider audience. While some countries are updating their informatics lessons to include programming, others are incorporating programming lessons into their primary education curriculum for the first time. The level at which programming training is offered also differs between countries. The objective of this research is to explore how countries have integrated programming education into their curricula and to identify the differences between countries in terms of programming education. The study aims to answer the question of how programming education is provided at the primary education level both domestically and abroad. The research has found that programming education is increasingly recognized as important and many countries are now allowing programming lessons in their education curriculum, with some countries even introducing programming education in kindergarten. This research work about the analysis and information about 100 films shown in Kazakh cinemas in 2010-2018. In particular, the level and development of Kazakh films have been shown. In what genre films are shot in Kazakhstan, its interest rate. Mutual comparison of box office of Kazakhstan films and production companies has been done. In this paper, the percentages of the languages of the films have been shown. The countries of films shown in cinemas of Kazakhstan and their percentage are determined. The analysis of genres of foreign films has been presented. It was also reported about the budgets and box offices of foreign films, and their mutual verification. Countries of films with a high cash register. Well-known manufacturing companies and their percentage has been demonstrated. Awards of the films and their analysis shown in cinemas of Kazakhstan are defined.
