    Abstract. Throughout the 20th century, views about breast cancer have drastically changed. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide, with nearly 1.7 million new cases diagnosed in 2012. This type of cancer is the second most common cancer overall. There is lot of information and data, which give opportunity for analyzing some processes, make some researches in classification and in data mining fields, test some tools of machine learning and make experiments for tuning main methods of supervised learning. Main part of project is creating useful tool for predicting breast cancer with high accuracy before getting ill or in initial stage of disease. This work is fascinating because the goal is to implement a lot of tools for creating web system, which can make effective prediction analysis. In other word, we can anticipate the future for women diseases.

    APPLICATION OF CLIL IN MATHEMATICS LESSONS FOR IMPROVING STUDENTS’MOTIVATION

    Abstract. CLIL model has proved its effectiveness in teaching language and content. And also it plays one of the major roles in increasing students’ motivation. The research into the benefits of teaching mathematics in English to Kazakh students refers to the following domains: the development of students’ cognitive skills for both mathematics and English, the relationship of the two disciplines and its impact on learning and teaching. Thus, the current article dwells upon the procedure and the results of an experiment conducted with application of CLIL method for Mathematics lessons aimed at improving students’ motivation.

    FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATE REGIMES IN KAZAKHSTAN

    Abstract. The work investigates the main affecting factors to domestic currency volatility and also provides an extensive analysis about the relationship of oil prices and nominal exchange rate of tenge against US dollars. The paper discusses the relationship between oil prices and exchange rate of KZT vs. USD and measures the marginal effect of oil prices on domestic currency through the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). It examines about the affecting factors to domestic currency, exactly nominal exchange rate of KZT vs. USD according to the Inflation Report of NBK. The analysis, made by the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) for time series data. Popular model because it allows for the existence of an underlying or fundamental link between variables (the long run relationship) as well as for short run adjustments (i.e. changes) between variables, including adjustments to achieve the cointegrating relationship.

    FEATURES OF THE SMART BOARD IN INTERNET

    Abstract. Smart technologies and interactive white boards become very popular tool in education last years. There are many advantages of using such device in the teaching, since it is more interesting for the students, helps to save the time and make the educational process more effective. One of the most important facilities of the interactive whiteboards is an immediate access to internet. In other words, the teacher get access to the huge base of knowledge, educational materials, movies and resources. In this article main facilities of using internet in interactive whiteboards are discussed. Special attention is paid to so-called virtual whiteboards that have been created for the distance education. In addition, on a virtual board, as well as on its real counterpart, there is a possibility to write formulas, build various geometric shapes. With the help of special services, you can transfer graphic images and text files. Interactive whiteboard is indispensable for conducting webinars, conferences, trainings, as well as meetings of the teacher with several students.

    CONNECTION BETWEEN REFLEXIVE MODERNITY AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL KUZNETS CURVE

    Abstract. The study discusses the links between reflexive modernity and the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis. Reflexive modernity refers to the new society that reacts to changes reflexively and concerns about environmental crisis. Ecological modernization that can be accepted as a part of reflexive modernity has similar roots with the EKC theory that refers to the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality. The paper finds that the trajectory of water use in the Global North follows the trajectory of the EKC in developed countries and demonstrates the inverted U shape. This analogy can be applied to investigate the reflexive modernity in various economies.

    ISLAM AND MUSLIM PILGRIMAGEIN MEDIEVAL KAZAKHSTAN

    Abstract. History of the Middle Ages rejects the pseudoscientific thesis of the incompatibility of Islam and Nomadic society. This pseudoscientific thesis became widespread in Soviet historiography, and dominated historians throughout the XX century. Domination of atheistic ideology during the Soviet period, as well as the secularization of public consciousness with its antiIslamic orientation, has influenced many contemporary researchers who were engaged in the history of Kazakhstan. In an attempt to interpret the traditional Kazakh culture many of them were influenced by the wrong “pseudo nomadic” concept. This concept has been the result of an atheistic materialist understanding of the phenomenon of nomadic culture.

    RENEWAL AND NEW PERSPECTIVES OF SILK ROUTES ECONOMIC ZONE

    Abstract. The building of the Silk Road economic belt is an exciting prospect that may bring immense economic benefits to Eurasian countries. However, the build a new and sustainable Silk Road economic belt, advancing scientific research, reinforcing international collaboration. People today seem to have not fully appreciated the role of the Silk Roads in terms of the benefits it has brought to the modern economic conditions. Moreover, they have realized the benefits that it could bring if it was to be revived today. In 2013, The Chinese Government proposed an ambitious economic plan called as “One Belt One Road” initiative which among other objectives, intends to promote infrastructural development and connectivity, and stimulate economic integration across the Eurasian continent. Also, key branches of this project are passing through the Kazakhstan, which connecting China with global markets in the West. The transit corridor of Kazakhstan is very important, in addition, the role of Kazakhstan as a key partner of China in the investment goal. It is important for the Eurasian Economic Union in terms of participation in this project.

The architecture of controlling, accounting system it helps to addresses system qualities, supports the planning process, drives architectural integrity, helps manage complexity, provides a basis for reuse, reduces maintenance costs, supports impact analysis. Development of system, that will get data from identifier like Bluetooth Low Energy beacon, gateway sensors and the help of these data identify and solve business problems.

    Abstract. Now, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been used in almost all fields of life, including in education. In education, computer technology has become so essential that the government put ICT as one of the curriculum in Kazakstani education. The utilization of ICT in education has recently started to appeal the potential and significant progress in language learning. It has become a major issue in education world and has been used from preschool through to university that could facilitate students and teacher in teaching and learning process.ICT has been publicized as potentially powerful enabling tools for educational change and reform. The computers play significant role in the learning process especially in learning language.
