| dc.description.abstract | HRM is effective and efficient use of the organization's human resources. Let's begin with an examination of the term "management". Within most organizations, considerable thought is given to the effective and efficient use of fınancial resources. This is called "Financial Management". Similarly, "Operations Management" concerns itself with the effective utilization, storage, and distribution of material resources. Further, "Marketing Management" concerns itself \vith the promotion and sale of the organization's products. So, what about "Human Resources Management (HRM)"? HRM is concerned with the effective and efficient use of the organization's human resources. | |
