dc.description.abstract | Abstract. Employees who have completed their work roles, these employees are fully engaged in their work. They are overflowing with vitality, devoted to their job, and submerged in their work performances. This article provides a brief explanation of the idea of work engagement. Research shows that work and personal resources are the primary indicators of engagement. The workers are engaged with new data and more productive to change their work conditions. Findings of the past studies are coordinated into a common model that can be used to create work commitments and promotions in the current work environment. | |
