In the strategic understanding the management of the hotel industry is conducted as a continuous process of using opportunities and chanced of a hotel enterprise to build and implement strategic decisions in a long time period. The choice of a strategy of a hotel enterprise largely depends on the situation at the micro and macroeconomic level, as well as due to the emergence of external undesirable situations in the future. | |
