Item Open Access DESIGN OF AUTOMATIC ENGRAVING MACHINE CONTROLLED VIA COMPUTER(Suleyman Demirel University, 2014) Suliyev R.N.; Tolebi G.A.This work presents development of a prototype for the automatic engraving machine. The proposed system controlled using computer, by setting drawing for the engrave. Constructed prototype consists of XYZ coordinates table (working area) where XY for position in the engraving area and X axis for establish little driller. Arduino board has been chosen as a controller. Movements of the machine are genereted by stepper motors. For the user part Processing software was used. Graphical User Interface provided for drawing the desired pattern. The controller takes the coordinates and converts them to the signals for the motors that are moves grind to the given position and engraving the desired drawing. Finally, robot capable of etching the desired drawing that is setting by user using computer was obtained. System is able to engrave in plates of area 21x24cm^2. Optimal algorithm for movements of two motors is presented. Proposed algorithm was compare with other well-known ones. Testing was done and evaluation is given in this paper. High performance was achieved. This prototype can be used for engraving different types of materials, by changing the drilling motor to appropriate one.Item Open Access IT - PROPOSAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN POSTAL SERVICES(СДУ хабаршысы - 2017, 2017) Orynbekova K.Y. ; Issabek A. ; Suliyev R.N.Abstract. Development of postal service starts from 6 thousand years BC. Actually, first messages were send and service starts later, but these tamtam drums laid the foundation of post service. During evolution of humanity people met problems, and then they tried to find solutions, such a smoke campfire or pigeon. Time decreasing consumption system proposes the most optimal rack to store the package, optimal by size and distance between rack and delivery stake. Algorithm is intended to decrease time for searching the empty racks and the racks, which have been already, stored the packages. It will make delivery and sorting process at receiving much faster and also will optimize consuming free space in racks. Automating sorting algorithm is a system, which proposes the most optimal rack to store the package, optimal by size and distance between rack and delivery stake.
