Specifically, one of the gender equality or feminism. Due to accelerating progress in global connections, that is becoming easier to notice different problems of human rights. Gender rights are debatable currently, the reason is swelling inequality among genders which arises uprisings and dissatisfaction of minority- women. In present world and reality there are increasingly difficult conditions under which minority needs to reconciliate. Main reasons are the growth of poverty and inequality as well. Consequently, inequality becoming a vital issue of current problems of communities. Because of the minor opportunities given to a minority or women, there could be major effects: decreased competence of the high-skilled labor. Which can cause a serious problem for development of a state and also decrease competence of labor force, specifically one of the high-skilled. Feminism is looking for the social political and economic issues- resolving those issues will encourage elimination of discrimination and power inequality. Currently there are already disputable issues of inequality among races, but the inequality gender issues are significant as well. Analysis goes further to study of certain characteristics of genders, that are differently observe and action in world politics and other fields.Item Open Access INNOVATIVE METHOD IN DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN ECONOMY(Қазақстан ғылымының дамуы мен келешегі жастар көзімен - 2018, 2018) Gabdolkarym A.In this report the level of innovative development in economy and New accelerated industrial-innovative development program of the Republic of Kazakhstan are analyzed. The examination of the innovation index of countries in world market and the place of Kazakhstan in world market is carried out. The results of the first period of program 2010 – 2014 are analyzed and the results of the second period 2015 – 2019 are predicted and expected results are investigated. SWOT-analysis of the function of New accelerated industrial-innovative development program is carried out. The function of program in transition of Republic of Kazakhstan to the "green" economy is made and current results are analyzed. The aim of this work is to show the impact of the program on the economy of country, social status of people and employment rate.
