    This paper will discuss one of the latest technical equipments, the Interactive Whiteboard (IWB). Consequently, the aim of this paper is not only to inform but primarily create some additional interactive whiteboard materials for educators teaching English as a foreign language at Primary schools. It will also look at some possible advantages and disadvantages of using IWB, how easy or difficult it is to use, how it influences students' learning, what effect it has on their motivation, and what actually is so fascinating about it.

    Real time traffic light control using image processing

    As the problem of urban traffic congestion spreads, there is a pressing need for the introduction of advanced technology and equipment to improve the state-of-the-art of traffic control. Traffic problems nowadays are increasing because of the growing number of vehicles and the limited. resources provided by current infrastructures. The simplest way to control a traffic light uses a timer for each phase. Another way is to use electronic sensors in order to detect vehicles, and produce signal that cycles. We propose a system for controlling the traffic light by image processing. The system will detect vehicles through images instead of using electronic sensors embedded in the pavement. A camera will be installed alongside the traffic light. It will capture image sequences. The image sequence will then be analysed using digital image processing for vehicle detection, and according to traffic conditions on the road traffic light can be controlled.

    Oil sector of Kazakhstan and its challenges

    The article describes general information about Kazakhstan's oil sector. Also the main features of Kazakhstan's oil sector are characterized through the prism of FDI, employment population. The article concentrates attention on the development of transport communication system Kazakhstani oil sector. The challenges for the oil sector are underlined. The influence of oil sector to entire Kazakhstan's economy is analyzed, too.
