It is closely connected with education, interests, needs, and influences the personality, forms a mindset, worldview, and norms of behavior. Scientists believe that any person at a satisfactory level of any field can master any profession, but with different effort and time. The degree of conformity of qualities chosen profession has a significant impact on the productivity of its activities. That's why one person in one activity is disclosed more fully in the other, less. It is known that high professional competence involves not only knowledge, but also the continuous development of abilities and skills. Special themes and specific goals of the conversation encourage specialists to move to a professional language. Special literature in Economics has tens of thousands of terms. Most of these terms are known only to a narrow circle of specialists. It is known that the discipline "Professionally-oriented foreign language" is included in the mandatory component of the cycle of basic disciplines. In this article, we have tried to find out the role of professionally oriented foreign language in the students' future professional fields. We conducted a survey using questionnaires at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Suleyman Demirel University to find out and determine the attitudes and thoughts of students towards professionally oriented foreign language teaching. We have interviewed to two groups, consisting of 53 students. The results show that the majority of the students believe that professionally oriented foreign language is a very important and useful discipline for their future profession.Item Open Access INCREASED EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION(Suleyman Demirel University, 2015) Zhailaubayev A.The purpose of this study is to explain job satisfaction and motivation in brief. Previous studies and researches related to the subject are scanned. This research was prepared especially to provide support to the studies of increasing personnel motivation and job satisfaction of managers. The research shows that, people with high job satisfaction have as well as much better both the spiritual and physical health, they can learn new tasks soon, help others and avoid from conflicts, they can minimize the risk of accidents at work, take more positive approach to their customers, serve them, and even they are persons exhibiting participant behavior.Item Open Access IMPORTANCE OF PROVERBS IN LANGUAGE LEARNING(Suleyman Demirel University, 2015) Zhanzakova G.M.This article shows the importance of proverbs for language learners. Proverbs play important role in language. They give clarity, expressiveness to the speech. Nowadays, teachers make some mistakes in using proverbs during the class. Also, to study the proverbs and find differentiation and similarities between two non-related languages, to distinguish the cultural features in every language are the most important point for teachers. The significance of this work lies in the fact that the problems of communication of cultures and people are intensively studied in relation to the increasing importance of knowledge of foreign languages.
