All States have one or more minority groups within their national territories, characterized by their own national, ethnic, linguistic or religious identity, which differs from that of the majority population. The assurance of minorities is one of the most seasoned worries of international law. The base of the minority issue lies in segregation, abuse, avoidance, and foreswearing of personality. These issues relating to minorities have been tended to by states exclusively and as a feature of bigger global society by conceiving diverse frameworks. The security of minority rights has maybe never been as pertinent as today. Kazakhstan’s unusually diverse ethnic makeup was partially due to it being a historical transit point for Central Asian groups moving west. More recently it was used by Tsarist Russia and then by the Soviet Union as an area of Russian colonization. The impact of policies means that though they are now the largest ethnic group within Kazakhstan, the Kazakhs were a minority at the time of independence in 1991. They now constitute a majority after millions, mainly Russians and other minorities, left after independence. Minority groups include Russians, Ukrainians, Uzbeks, Germans, Tatars, Uighurs, Belarusians, Koreans.Item Open Access HOUSE PRICE PREDICTION(Қазақстан ғылымының дамуы мен келешегі жастар көзімен - 2018, 2018) Meiramov D.Abstract. We will touch on regression and how to predict price using other parameters, also take a look on multiple regression on practice.Item Open Access THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION METHODS OF ELECTRODYNAMICS DISCIPLINE IN HIGHER EDUCATION(Қазақстан ғылымының дамуы мен келешегі жастар көзімен - 2018, 2018)The article deals with the methodology and system of teaching physics in higher educational institutions such as the difficulties in teaching the section of electrodynamics. The factors that contribute to the emergence of these problems are described. New technologies in the teaching of physics, methods of physics and theory, and methods used are considered. On the issues of developmental learning in electrodynamics, we study: logical, theoretical, scientific and technical, dialectical thinking. This article describes the definition of electrical phenomena of nature, its understanding by students and application. In connection with the fact that the student does not understand the program of the first year and complicates the process of training mentors in the process of training, the problem of preparation in the section of electrodynamics is considered to be actual at the university. At present it is impossible to become a competent specialist, until new effective methods are applied. The main objective of this work is to find the interests of the PRC in the period of economic development, to explore the features of development and security with respect to political interests to the countries of Central Asia. In my work, the opportunities of China, which can become the leader of the world economy, are indicated. Specifically, one of the gender equality or feminism. Due to accelerating progress in global connections, that is becoming easier to notice different problems of human rights. Gender rights are debatable currently, the reason is swelling inequality among genders which arises uprisings and dissatisfaction of minority- women. In present world and reality there are increasingly difficult conditions under which minority needs to reconciliate. Main reasons are the growth of poverty and inequality as well. Consequently, inequality becoming a vital issue of current problems of communities. Because of the minor opportunities given to a minority or women, there could be major effects: decreased competence of the high-skilled labor. Which can cause a serious problem for development of a state and also decrease competence of labor force, specifically one of the high-skilled. Feminism is looking for the social political and economic issues- resolving those issues will encourage elimination of discrimination and power inequality. Currently there are already disputable issues of inequality among races, but the inequality gender issues are significant as well. As the region has become one of the main actors of today’s world with numbers of reasons, such as its geopolitical significance; possible and planned transport and pipeline routes; the richest natural and human resources. The noticeable stages can be seen due to mentioned importance of the region, and can be divided into certain periods. Also we will predict Oxygen Consumption using given variables.Item Open Access ANIMAL RIGHTS IN POST-SOVIET SPACE(Қазақстан ғылымының дамуы мен келешегі жастар көзімен - 2018, 2018) Taituleyeva G.The purpose of the research is to examine the concept of animal rights, identify problems and suggest the ways for the solution. The first phase of the project involves background information, specifically the birth of Animal Rights Movement. Additionally, concepts of self-consciousness, rationality, pain and suffering are examined. The second phase involves legal regulation of protection of animals in post-Soviet states and other countries, animal rights movements and their tactics are examined. The final phase involves problems on the animal rights issues and the ways for the solution.
