    COMPARATIVE STUDY OF MODALITY IN ENGLISH AND KARAKALPAK LANGUAGES

    Abstract. Modality is a semantic category indicating the degree of factuality the speaker ascribes to his message. A message can be presented by its author as a statement of basic, a request or an order, or something obligatory, possible or probable but not an established fact. Modal verbs are widely used in English to express various kinds of modality. The English language is rich in modal verbs and their equivalents. As for Karakalpak language, it uses complex verbs as modal expressions, which consist of the combination of simple verbs and modal words. This paper aims to analyse these modal verbs in Modern English and their equivalents in Karakalpak. Such comparative research is significant for nowadays as this approach has the potential to make the learning of English language easier for Karakalpak speakers, while the number of people who are willing to English is only arising. Until now, no scientific work made a comparison of modality in Karakalpak and English.

    Abstract. SWOT analysis is a method widely used in analyzing the internal and external environments of organization in enterprise management. From the perspective of educational management, this article discusses the theoretical basis of applying SWOT analysis in private kindergartens and the feasibility of its application; by case studies, this article explores the scope, procedure, function and issues need to be addressed of SWOT analysis, reveals the position and role of SWOT analysis in private kindergarten management, and explores a new idea and method for private kindergarten management.

    ANALYZE AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION

    Abstract. Cause of a rapid increase in technological development, increasing identity theft, consumer fraud, the threat to personal data is also increasing every day. Methods developed earlier to ensure personal the information from the thefts was not effective and safe. Biometrics were introduced when it was needed technology for more efficient security of personal information. Old-fashioned traditional approaches like Personal identification number (PIN), passwords, keys, login ID can be forgotten, stolen or lost. In biometric authentication system, user may not remember any passwords or carry any keys. As people they recognize each other by the physical appearance and behavioral characteristics that biometric systems use physical characteristics, such as fingerprints, facial recognition, voice recognition, in order to distinguish between the actual user and scammer. In order to increase safety in 2005, biometric identification methods were developed government and business sectors, but today it has reached almost all private sectors as Banking, Finance, home security and protection, healthcare, business security and security etc. Since biometric samples and templates of a biometric system having one biometric character to detect and the user can be replaced and duplicated, the new idea of merging multiple biometric identification technologies has so-called multimodal biometric recognition systems have been introduced that use two or more biometric data characteristics of the individual that can be identified as a real user or not.

    EFFECT OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING MATHEMATICS FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

    Abstract. We have high top ten practices that could improve students’ learning, usually we call them as active learning types. Cooperative Learning is one of that active learnings. Therefore, this research is identified as study of improving learnings of students and effect of Cooperative Learning. If you are interested in Cooperative Learning, We hope that this research will help you to find right answers, right ways. We have worked with several examples and practices. I can work for your wonders. We started deeply learn this study and could demonstrate how We used it in settings as developmental mathematical courses in university for first grade bachelor students. Experiment was in medium offline classes. We tried to describe the application of Cooperative Learning in lesson terminology of math and mathematical analysis.

    Abstract. In recent years, computer image analysis has been developing rapidly. In the field of medicine has been identified to a new level that has greatly helped for the diagnostic system. There are many information systems in the field of ophthalmology and cardiology. Advanced technologies not only accelerate the work of doctors but also help to diagnose the disease in a timely manner and prescribe the treatment. In this research paper was carried out an analysis of the machine learning algorithm using a database of tomographic images of blood vessels in the eye system. Were studied the used methods for calculating several reasons in order to select a specific model, methods for calculating its properties and advantages. The main goal of this research is that doctors can not only check the current condition of the patient’s eye but also diagnose certain diseases, such as diabetes and anemia

    Abstract. Developing learners’ perception of foreign language culture is very crucial in the context of an intercultural approach to FLT. And one of the issues to assist this process is the use of authentic literary texts. But in the practice of FLT there is no clear understanding of the notion “authentic text”, it’s role in FLT, moreover, there is no consent toward that when to use authentic text, at what level, and how to use. Thus, the objectives of the paper are to define the features of authentic literary texts and to determine the best solution for implementing them in a foreign language classroom.

    Abstract. The aim of this article is to provide a general information about superconductors. Superconductivity is the weird phenomenon of zero electrical resistance that occurs when some materials are cooled below a critical temperature. To get cold enough liquid helium or nitrogen (often as low as -250 °C or -480 F) are used. This article primarily focuses on the history, the invention and the properties and the areas of usage of superconductors. The phenomena of superconductivity was first observed by Heike Kamerlingh Onnes in 1908 in Netherlands. Experimental physicists are now trying to find superconductors at room temperature.     PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS AND A MULTILINGUAL CONSTRUCT TO DETERMINE THE UNDERGRADUATE MAJOR SELECTION FACTORS

    Abstract. In this article, we review mathematics behind well-known Principal Component Analysis from Linear Algebra implemented in various applied fields. As an application, we develop a construct to measure factors that affect college students in their major selection. This is a multilingual construct given in three languages, namely Kazakh, Russian, and English. To this end, we prepare a survey consisting of 27 Likert scale items in three languages and it is conducted among 314 undergraduate students in Kazakhstan. For dimensionality reduction, Principal Component Analysis is carried in python programming language which resulted in 9 major scales with only 22 elements. The overall reliability of the test is calculated to be 0,856. The nine scales are the effect of Uniform National Testing, state grant affect, personal interest affect, skills affect, occupation salary affect, teacher affect, external affect, university cost affect, parent’s affect.

    Abstract. Machine learning (ML) provides methods, techniques, and tools that can help solve diagnostic and prognostic problems in various fields of medicine. ML is used to analyze clinical parameters and their combinations for prognosis, such as disease progression, for maintenance therapy of treatment, and for General patient management. In our time, computer systems have already begun to be introduced into the healthcare environment, which makes it possible to facilitate and improve the efficiency of medical professionals and ultimately improve the efficiency and quality of medical care. Below is a demonstration to tell what the main applications of ML were used in the application and show how they can be useful for medical care. The main task was to combine all the useful functions that can help people in the field of medicine. The application will help to determine the authenticity of medicines through text recognition and search through the database of official drug registers, as well as using recommendation systems and algorithms (K-nearest neighbor Algorithm) to help in the selection of medicines, using the camera and phone flash to calculate the heart rate, which will accordingly help people with blood pressure problems. The application will be available on two platforms on 10S, as well as for the Android operating system, as it was implemented through the Flutter framework in Android Studio. For the algorithms, used Google's ML-Kit libraries. Jupyter, numpy, pandas, matplotlib, scipy, and scikit-learn Notepad are also used for data preparation.
