    Social Capital and Entrepreneur Orientation for SME’s performance

    Social capital and Entrepreneur Orientation have recently been the subject of many studies. The current study looks at the relationship between social capital and firm performance, as also at the relationship between entrepreneur orientation and firm performance. Using a sample of 30 small business ownerg,'we test the relationship between social capital and firm performance, as well as the rélationship between entrepreneur orientation and firm performance. We offer discussion of why these findings are relevant, as well as research implications.
