    «The impact of fintech on healthcare payment processing»

    The relevance of the study lies in the fact that financial technologies, orfintech,are becoming a key tool for transforming traditional financing methods, contributingto increased efficiency, transparency and speed of monetary transactions. The purpose of the study is to study the impact of financial technologies(fintech) on the system of financial support and financing of healthcare, aswellastoidentify the factors that determine the willingness and intention of users tousefintechservices within the framework of the healthcare payment system. The object of the study is the healthcare system of Republic of Kazakhstan.The subject of the study is the processes of applying financial technologies(FinTech) in financing and financial support of medical services. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the comprehensiveanalysisoftheimpact of financial technologies on the processes of financing andfinancial supportof healthcare, taking into account the specifics of digital transformation. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of fintech anditsintegrationinto healthcare, analyzes the current state of healthcare in Kazakhstan, aswellasthelevel of digitalization of medical institutions. Based on a sociological surveyofthepopulation, a quantitative assessment of perception, convenience, trust andsocialinfluences associated with the use of fintech services was carried out. Thetechnologyacceptance model (TAM) and regression analysis were used to process thedata.The main findings of the study show the high potential of usingfinancialtechnologies in the healthcare system, especially with the support of medical workers,reliable digital infrastructure and increased financial literacy of thepopulation.Recommendations have been developed for optimizing financingusingLoRaWANand the Unified System of Payment for Medical Care (USMP). The resultsobtainedare of practical importance for government agencies, medical institutionsanddevelopers of digital solutions in the field of healthcare.
