By examining the impact of these investments on competitiveness and profit growth, the study provides insights to enhance decision-making accuracy and identifies factors influencing the choice of investment assessment methods. Through -qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews with CFOs of Kazakhstani companies, the study investigates the use of real options and traditional methods, highlighting the barriers and proposing strategies for increasing adoption.
